Price increased by $1900, offered a 20% discount meaning this non profit still has to pay $1600 above original quote. Customer Service avoiding questions. Thanks for nothing. Super shady way to upcharge at any time in their terms and conditions.

First time user of CharterUp and we're more than impressed by the whole process, from working with our budget, picking a bus provider, working on the timing of our bus route, to answering questions on the day of our trip, to the actual trip itself. Customer service was, in general, quick and responsive, although there were a couple of times when the response was a little slow and changes made to the itinerary was not reflected properly on their end. Our experience with the bus provider and driver, XYL Tours and Bus, was perfect. Our driver Tony was on time, safe, courteous and professional. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Bus was there well on time, driver was great guy, bus was in lovely condition either chargers and toilet etc all working well, arrived at our destination without any issue. Great overall experience.
I received my quote online very easy to do. I was contacted via phone and asked if I had any questions or needed additional assistance. The communication was super. The driver Mr. Darrell was on time, very professional, and just a pleasure to have as we were not familiar with the location but he took us straight there with no issues. Bus itself very clean to include restroom on board. Love everything. We will book again.
Our experience with CharterUp was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. My business booked two buses months in advance, paid in full, and confirmed every detail. Only to be told days before the trip that CharterUp had made a "typo" in our booking. They claimed the original quote (which had been accepted eight months earlier) was for a one-way trip instead of round-trip and that the cost would nearly double. This caused enormous stress and confusion, especially since our customers had already pre-paid for their seats based on the original quote. Resolving this issue took days of back-and-forth with offshore customer service representatives who clearly had no authority to fix anything. We were not allowed to contact the actual bus companies directly or even know what company was actually sending the busses, making it incredibly difficult to resolve urgent logistical issues. In the end, we were forced to pay an additional $1,000 just 24 hours before departure. The whole ordeal caused my staff tremendous emotional stress, including sleepless nights and tears of frustration. At one point, CharterUp also informed us that we would need to pay extra for ADA-accessible buses. This is blatantly illegal. To be clear, we had only asked if there would be space to stow walkers or mobility aids. When the trip finally took place, things somehow got even worse. The air conditioning on one bus was broken, the bathrooms barely functioned, and one of the drivers was dangerously inattentive: texting while driving, drifting over the center and shoulder lines, and appearing severely sleep-deprived. When our staff raised concerns directly and with the company, the driver responded by loudly confronting them in front of customers. Aside from a few kind customer service representatives who clearly did their best within a broken system, we have nothing positive to say about CharterUp. This experience was unprofessional, unsafe, and unethical from beginning to end. Our business lost money and our employees endured unnecessary stress. We will never use CharterUp again and strongly advise others to steer clear.

They really went above and beyond to assist my company with a 50 passenger bus. The bus was very clean and driver was really hospitable. The service the concierge provided was TOP TIER. We will be using them from here on out.
Making the reservation and setting everything up for our trip was very easy and smooth. It helped that I was actually able to speak with a live person when I was making the reservation so that I could make sure that the details were clear and would know what to expect. Setting up payment was easy and they were great about sending reminders and confirmations. The driver of the bus was on time and was great throughout the day. The only "negative" was that although I reserved a mini-bus - a full sized bus was sent for us on the day of - which felt a little excessive for only 12 people! But it was comfortable and the driver was great so we had a good day.
The driver was early for our trip and couldn't have been nicer! He communicated with us to let us know exactly where he would be waiting upon our departure from the event. Would definitely use again!
The CharterUp website listed a 56-seat bus, but the bus provided had only 54 seats. This caused a major issue and inconvenience for our team.
Our driver was so understanding when he came to the church and was not able to make it on to the premises for pick up because of other vehicle parking on the side of the street. He helped us with the packing of our stuff, he was so patient with us. Very nice person. He was on time to pick up back. He helped us again to get thing off the bus. His driving was perfect. No rush!
Working with Charter Up was extremely easy. They got us the perfect sized bus for a party of 22. The Bus was clean and on time. We were fortunate to have the same driver for both trips (two days apart). I am certainly going to use Charter Up of our next company outting!
My company was travelling to Atlanta for the first time from Jamaica and needed a corporate bus to transport my colleagues. I was reluctant because it was my first time using this type of service. However, my agent Tyliscia was extremely patient with me. She went through the process with me and she was always responsive and polite. No matter how often I called due to my anxiety, she always reassured me. I really appreciated her support.
I requested a mini bus to take a church group so we could attend a memorial service a distance away. I asked for a driver that would be respectful of our group and the situation. Angela C. Was our driver. She was the perfect fit for us! On our return trip Angela had to stop suddenly due to a semi truck that neglected to stop. We were all glad Angela was behind the wheel! The only negative for me was the bus that was sent for our trip had been wrecked on the passenger side. The bus functioned fine, just didn't make the greatest first impression.
