Guys, i would tell you, that can understand all your fears about here. Surely, some of them are scammers, but most of all i liked here, that there was a chance for me to find a wonderful woman from Kyiv, Galina. We are together now, and soon going to make her a proposal. Wow... really excited about it. I went several times to Kyiv, we had date using service of Cupid Date. And everything went just lovely. People from agency helped me a lot, and offered alot of good services, with meeting me at the airport, transportation, apartment and even offered an excursion. Me and Galina was going around some places with translator, and loved everything much. So, times has passed, we are still together. I am so in love.
Galina has a friend on site, she is still single, and a lovely lady. C*******, Anzhela. So, you can also consider communicating with her. As she is a friend of my Galina, i had chance to meet her too, when was with my Galina, so, i can surely tell all of you, that Anzhela is real, and very nice. I would say even prettier than on pictures. So, go ahead. Don't miss your chance
I have been doing some research online about these "dating sites" like CharmingDate and I how found out that about 50% of the information and reviews are about men with bad experiences and about 50% are good experiences and reviews...
Now to be honest, I do think that it is idiotic for a 50+ year old male to think that an 18-19 or even a girl in their 20's will be interested in them. What more? Most likely the 50 year old men look like Jabba the Hut from Star Wars and the girls look more like models. Do you think there is a match?
Even if the girl was desperately in need of money, most likely she will be looking at ways of taking advantage, not love!...
I do think these agecies are phony and they want to milk the men as much as possible, heck, for one thing, you do not know if you are chatting with the Russian, Chinese or Colombian mafia!... Instead of the girl in the photos...
There may be girls out there that are indeed looking for a mate outside their country BUT I doubt they are in their teens or even early 20's... And I seriously doubt they are looking for a fat old dude...
I have quit charmdate china and then log again, funny nobody send me admirers letters or emf since i quit the site, maybe they understand i dont spend money on ilusions, as many of you say some of them are young and gorgeous, then we have to look into mirror and realise we are not hollywood young actors, i want to warn you to get out of any contact with ukraine girls, who tells you live in the areaof civil war in eastern ukraine, just ask them a copy of their IDand you will get no more answears from them, i join others sites international cupid, the funnyh thing i didnt find ay chinise rich lady who want to date a western men. Was only girls from philipine, thailand, who works there like baby sitter or domestic helper, my advice just make economy and go visit China, Thailand, Philipine so on, chating or send letters is non sense, may of them dont want anything except money from you
This site used my personal data and photo for create fake profile. So i get SMS to other my social network from different unknown man
Just a short note to say how much i like the new letter style format, very modern &easier to read. Well done.
I have tried this web site over several years. I have wasted money but above all time. Even when the girls seem genuine they fail to keep appointments for a meeting. There is always an excuse. Most recently I corresponed 40 times with a 50 year old lady who looked 40 and who claimed to be residing for 13 years in Switzerland. She appeared keen to meet. Her name was olena and she said she had a business in Thun. The correspondance looked promising, even interesting unlike many of the predecessors. I then realised that I had exceeded by 10 letters the level where I was entitled to ask for her contact details. She had claimed frustration at not being able to email me. I simply asked for her email. After 72 hours I received several abusive replies how i was tyring 'to buy her' and how dare I ask for her details. A week later there followed a letter clearly written by a russian speaking site employee because it contradicted the comments of the preceeding 20 letters and the style of writing was entirely different and the command of english langiage poor.
Folks - give this website a miss. It is a total fraud and a scam and you will only lose money and will never meet anyone.
I AM NOT A TEACH SAVVY PERSON AND IS NOT COMFORTABLE USING APPS. BUT WHEN I STRATED USING CHARMDATE, I REALIED HOW SIMPLE ITS UASGE IS.THE FEATURES ARE USER-FRIENDLY. I HAVE REGISTERED HERE AND I AM EXCITED TO GET STARTED NOW.
Charmdate is the biggest cheat of our money. They keep overcharging and swallow your credit. Biggest official scam
I started writing to Kate and immediately she started telling me that she loved me and similar things. I knew right away that this was a scam, but wanted to do some research on how far they would go with it. I would receive multiple letters every day with more than one photo. At times it appeared that the letters were written by two separate people as the tone was different. My questions were vaguely answered it at all. I sent flowers from their website and did receive photos with her holding them. Not sure about this being a scam other than the high prices. The multiple photos and letters per day increase the mans cost to read and see photos at one credit each and the information was no different day after day.
After writing 10 letters I requested her e-mail information and after two weeks finally received it. I communicated with her a few times by personal e-mail and we did talk once on SKYPE, but I was certain there was someone else in the room. I asked for her phone number and address and received a disconnected number and she would not give me her address because the landlord did not want anyone to know she lived there. (LOL) She then started writing to me again from the website even though we had contact through personal e-mail.
I also want to state that I receive many letters from ladies much younger than I put on my profile and that have no business in wanting to be with me. I don't want a lady that is 21 and I am in my 50's. But I received hundreds if not a thousand or more. I just deleted them, but they kept coming. You might be flattered, but you know that it is a scam, so just skip it. I have been to Russia and the Ukraine before and ladies are not that desperate.
So I will agree with others who have put unflattering reviews here for Charm Date that you are much better just going and meeting ladies in their cities and skip the writing. In my case I am sure I had two people writing to me under the same name and after getting the ladies e-mail, she still wrote to me on the Charm Date website. It was about a $500-$600 experiment, but it confirmed to me that this site is a SCAM.
There are so many scammers and fakes on the big-name dating sites. Thats why I like Charmdate.com. Ive dated three girls from there so far
This site is not like others. Fees are high but service is professional and heartful. Anyway, a firm needs money to run.
I have been on a site called Victoria's Brides for 5 months now. I have just recently come across CharmDate. Surprisingly several of the ladies there appear in CharmDate some under different names and from Different cities. One lady I shall call Eve I like very much and have enjoyed our time on Victoria's. I have seen her photos she sends from her phone at work and believe her to have honest with most things about her life there. She works 12 hours a day at a restaurant but is magically on CharmDate usually between 11 pm and 7 am Ukraine time.
Even though my profile picture I have set up in CharmDate is the same as well as all other aspects of my profile she doesn't seem to recognize me. Nor do any of the other ladies from Victoria's. Are you speaking to the lady in the profile... not a chance in hell.
If the ladies have been offered something to allow their images to be used by CharmDate or maybe some are even unaware I will not judge them. The operators of CharmDate I do hold in high contempt and they should be prosecuted but good luck with that.
This site may not be 100% fraudulent but I would say about 85 %. But it will cost you a small fortune to find the 15% who are real if any.
A note regarding Eve, since I mentioned her profile on CharmDate I have not heard from her since, nor any of the other ladies I had discovered with false profiles on CharmDate. Maybe hard to face being outed a bit when they all report strong opposition to dishonesty.
Also note that I was married to Russian lady for 10 years and she had no moral compass or remorse for lies, just a way of life there and part of their culture.
Thinking I will try any other country but Russia or the Ukraine, if you can make a buck there its a buck, no matter how it comes to be in your pocket.
Why on earth did I not discover this step earlier? I appreciate the web developers though I think it should be developed further.
I met a girl on Facebook who recognised my profile picture on the site and she said that the girls are paid to write men to keep them on the site. Nataly is her name and she left the site because she disagreed with the policy of pressuring the girls to reply to the men. I have proof that a girl asked me to marry her in the UK for $100k. And I was waiting for her to arrive in the UK. But this was the first lockdown. She would write me letters and had Pictures. 1 Credit to see the letters and 1 Credit to see the pictures. At £27.99 for 3 Credits. I spent thousands of pounds talking to her on chats and live video stream. I asked the site for her contact details. And they said that its $300. So I found someone online who got me any girl on any site for £80 or 100 Euros. And I sent friend requests to 2 girls and emails and they ignored me. They didn't want free communications. Olena Bashaeva tricked me. She wrote me lot's of Letters saying how much she loves me and wants to meet me. But she would not talk off the site. And Ekaterina Babich ignored my email and Skype's.So they just wanted to keep me on the site.
Ok so this girl I was writing on charmingdate is so nice till you find Her then she blocks you when you find her Instagram and vk accountant she goes by Alina dzyuba but her real name is Alina petrova she is from lugansk but live in kiev ukraine now I talk to her for 2 years and lost a lot of money don't fall for Her tricks she is a bad person she need to grow up and get a life PLEASE Don't fall victim to her she is also on dream-marriage and you can find her on Ukraine- brides her Instagram is Koshe4ka7777 she is also on periscope just not a good person she is a scammer
I had been communicating with a girl names Olga (C*******)for the last 3.5 mths. 21 yrs and quite attractive.
In this period we appeared to be getting on and she had talked about coming over to see me in NZ but then there was a crisis. She was under investigation by the Tax dept and couldn't come. Claimed she was innocent and been extortion to pay extra tax that she shouldn't of. Surprisly she didnt ask for my money but the letter writing continued, costing me a lot of money. There were also phone calls costing me every time she rang me. I didn't have the option of been able to phone her. I tried getting her to email me on my personal email address but claimed she wrote details incorrectly when I told her my details on the phone one time.
Earlier in April I was ready to come and visit her and had paid for my visa and about to book my flight to Ukraine. Another crisis happened! Olga claimed she had fallen off a ladder and broken her neck and lower jaw. She also claimed she was going to need a bone marrow operation. She didn't want me to come and see her in this state. Nor did she want to give me details of the hospital where she was staying at. Didn't need flowers sent. Naturally it was highly suspicious and demand the truth from her before she could ask me for money. She claimed her innocent but later told me it was a dislocation not a broken neck or jaw. Consequently I have stop communicating with Olga and won't be using CharmDate again.
I am a ok looking guy in early 40, s. Tried this place just for fun. I first had a serious profile with good pictures and intentions. I had like 800 so called admire the first 3 days from mail from the 4 sites Latam date, charmdate, asiandate and chinesedate. I would say around 200 where really really good looking. Models...?
Already there the warningsigns start to ticking. I only paid like 7 bucks. Then they tried to get you into false chat and emails and cams really expensive. Fortunately i am to experienced and thinking so i never paid more than that 7 bucks but the worst part is this.
I changed my profile searched for the ugliest person on google. Put that picture on my profile. Wrote that my weght was over 300 pounds and was 150 cm tall with a 3 cm $#*! and i was a heavily drinker and drug addict and homeless with no money... hahahah Lol
Guess what the same beautiful ladies sent same mail and told me how nice my pictures and profile was. I laughs so i almost peed in my pants. This is so stupid and patetic. How can anyone get fooled by this scammers. At least they should prevent me from changing profile and have same payed models there. Its just crazy. Someone needs to stop this kind of behavior. Its hard but Interpol should stop things like this. How can people be so stupid. I have hard of people tha put 1000 of dollars there. I am amazed. Off course. They are lonely and hope this extremely beatiful ladies want them. Shame on the people behind this... Biggest scam ever. Forward this to anyone you know...
Regards Lars
Keep of this fake side. Somebody of the company answer your mail and not the designated lady. You pay a lot of money for nothing.
Answer: My verdict after a year of using Charmdate: it's total fraud! I had been in a close contact with many girls for a year until I finally left the site. Now I'm convinced that pretty much all of them were scammers. I had not met any of them! All of them suddenly came up with some kind of excuse in the last minute as to why they couldn't have a real meeting with me. Bullsh*t! It can't be a coincidence when I had 4 dates on http://j4Iove.com After using it for 3 months only. Can you explain the difference? There is just one realistic explanation: Charmdate women were fakes and scammers.
Answer: The question "Can I trust the site" is easy. The answer is no. The real question is "can I trust the girl" and that is harder to answer since there are some real women on the site. Here are some things to consider. Many men have signed up for tours or independent visits to meet a girl only to have the site call at the last moment and tell them they either have found someone else or decided they were not interested. By that time they already have their ticket and "tour" booked and paid for. We don't know if your girl is real or not and you might find yourself a "victim" of their fraud. Before you trust her, you need to be able to separate her from the site and confirm the relationship independent of the agency. There are ways of doing this. Ask her to send pictures that she has posted on her private web sites. Google them and make direct contact. I googled any picture of wome writing to me. Many were on VK.com, the equivalent of facebook. So I set up an account there and contacted the ladies. Most immediately blocked me. One who did not simply told me she would ONLY correspond with me on Charming date. You can also try to find a way to give her your phone number and ask her to call you collect. Most of the time your letters will be edited to prevent such information so you'd have to be creative. Tell her about a 2025 mile trip you took and fill out the rest of the telephone number with number of gas station stops meals eaten, people visited, etc etc. If you really want to you can call her, assuming you are actually talking to her and not a fake agent. Find out where she works. Call there and get her direct number. Try anything. But so long as you are only writing emails, you should assume little correspondence between the profile and the emails you are getting. Odds are if you are corresponding with a real woman, much of your correspondence has been "enhanced" or even written by the agency and you will have to start over getting to know her. Independent studies indicate that you have a higher chance of marrying a translator for the agency than you do of marrying the girl to whom you thought you were writing.
Answer: Do they get paid? Not in a conventional way set up in a western society. Charming Date, gets its women from "affiliates" in Ukraine. These "dating groups" go out and advertise for women, who are seeking western men. The site pays the "affiliates" money for each women's profile they get to use the site. I CANNOT definitely say that the affiliate groups are set up to pay the women. They feed them a lot of bullshit about how easy it is to marry a western man. In Ukraine, the average salary is about 200 bucks a month. A lot of these women love that country, but want a better life. The dating sites know this and use this as their leverage to get women to sign up. They really BELIEVE that someone is going to marry them. That is their dream and the dating sites tell them that the dream will never be realized if they are not exposed to a society (western) that can give them a better life. Not all of those women are scammer's. You have groups within the affiliated dating service group, that is filled with nothing but scammers. I am SURE that the leader of these groups ASK to be paid for each women they get to sign up.If they DO pay a woman, she is not getting hardly anything at all. A Ukrainian woman is not going to get rich advertising herself online at different dating sites. I would say she is lucky if she even gets 10% of a reply. And then that is eaten up by all the photo-shopping that is done to make them look more beautiful. She is stuck, she does not realize how hard it is to get her out of the Ukraine because the dating site will not ever tell her of the VISA restrictions that are attached to Ukrainian citizens when it comes to visiting the West. But the dating site is her only hope., so she stays with it not because of the little she may be getting, but because she believes that she will find a real husband from the west. To the dating sites, she is nothing but the product they advertise to make money off of, and some of the women have gotten hip to that. I have had a couple talk to me seriously about how they felt they were not being informed on how hard it is to marry a western man because of the restrictions on the average Ukrainian's VISA. The dating site WANTS you to fall in love with one, wants you to keep buying credits, spending money, and if you are communicating with a lady from one of the crooked affiliate sites, she will be encouraging you to keep writing, or will try to seduce you with words. A real lady does not do that, even in the sites. If you tell her the site is too high, she wants to know how much you pay. If you tell her you can only write her once a week, she will tell you that she will cherish each letter you send. If you are in a site that has video chat, you can SEE the very woman you are talking too, which Charming Date may have now. A true Ukrainian woman will introduce you to her family through the video chat, show you her brothers and sisters, because Ukrainians are all about family. They are proud of their families and want them to meet you. I have done this several times at another site and even send emails to them without the use of a site, but it costs them a lot of money to respond to you, to have what you send to them interpreted. CharmingDates plays this game two ways, they pimp the woman without her knowing how hard it will be to get this dream, and they scam you thinking you are just going to find a wife here just by a few chats or letters. You might, but you can bet you will be spending a lot of money to send and respond to letters. CharmingDate cheats on their chat feature by NOT giving you the full time you pay for, and they DO have women, who are members of the dating site, answering chat invitations. So, that should tell you something right there. Because there seem to be no restrictions or laws governing these crooked affiliate sites from Ukraine, this will not ever stop. But... there are a few sites out there that you can really meet some decent, nice, attractive and respectful women from Ukraine. After you have been around for awhile, you can smell a scam a mile away. A real Ukrainian woman will SURPRISE you with how friendly she is. She will SHOCK you with how humble she is. All she wants... is for you to be her friend and she HOPES, that it becomes more than that. There are many, many attractive women there. This I learned AFTER my first post here. But because there are so many, the men there take them for granted and will leave them in a minute. They are there, they are in Charming Date, but there is so many frauds and scammers there also, the dating site can easily get out of trouble by saying they have no policies at all governing the affiliates who sell them profiles of women they recruit. The site says "no scams", that is true for any society that has laws, but they do not get these women from a society based on that. So, it is easy for a woman and the company she works for, to scam the site, which I am sure... they know it. Good luck out there! Search the sites hard, there are some Ukrainian women that are really worth your time and attention. I am continuing to find out more and more about Ukraine. It is a very interesting place. It also seems that, the more you seem to want to know about their country, the more honest women are attracted to you. The more intelligent you act towards them, the more credible the women seem to get. It seems like a word goes around the country that says" this guy has a real interest in our country, he is worth being serious with" The truth be told, a lot of dudes, pay that little money to those women, and want nothing but virtual sex from them. That is how I believe the scammers got a foothold in the industry. The cry for immoral (smile). Everything you have read here is based on my personal opinion, on things I have learned while talking and dealing with women from Ukraine. When they were asking me about the unrest in America, about holidays, about how streets look like, you can assume... she is probably on the level. She will NOT EVER ask you for a DIME, nor will she send sob stories about someone in her family being sick. The true Ukrainian woman, for all her humbleness, is still a very PROUD woman. She may not have ANYTHING, but she will not ask anything from you! Personally... I think if you get a chance to get ahold of a true one? That Slavic woman is going to love you to death, no matter WHAT you look like... just have a decent heart and treat her correctly.
Answer: I flew to Kiev and found this site to be much of what others have said. The woman are paid. Local model agencies refer girls to this site to make extra money. One girl told me she made fifty per cent of what she brought in. When I surprised a couple of girls that I was in Kiev vacationing they were all of a sudden leaving Kiev on there own vacation. I found meeting girls in Kiev at bar/restaurant I was much better off. If you notice girls send you the same pictures just to build their tally and so on. If you stick to a letter a week and see where it goes from there it will keep your costs low if you want to keep investigating this site. But my recommendation is travel to Kiev during winter and Oddessa during summer and see what happens.
Answer: It's a fake and scam site.
Answer: Any positive feedback here about Charm Date is a complete lie. Don't believe anything.
Answer: They will not do this. I actually wrote them about a month, maybe two back about policies. This was one of them I wondered about and they said they do not provide that service anymore. They also do not support IMBRA.
Answer: You have to request them to do this. I would delete all your photos, and erase everything you can. Then make the request.
Answer: This site appears to be a complete rip off, far too expensive, gives nothing in return except endless chat.
CharmDate has a rating of 2.5 stars from 698 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with CharmDate most frequently mention contact information, total scam and good luck. CharmDate ranks 4th among Russian Dating sites.
