Only tried one product from this brand, but I'm a believer! Yes the price tag is high, but keep in mind you are paying for top quality products here that are backed by research and development teams that consist of some of the greatest! Their products scream luxury!

I am writing this review in hopes that it will spur the company to fix these ongoing issues. I have been a customer for years now but just about every single time I go to order products online, it is a nightmare. I have wasted so much time today TRYING to place a $300 order during their 30% special sale but to no avail. I contacted their customer service department (apparently only available via chat and only residing in the U. K.) and they could not help at all. No managers were onsite during one of the busiest shopping days of the year to assist with issues either. (Poor planning on the companies part.) For a company that sells a high end product and at a very high price point, this is really sad. This is NOT an isolated incident either. It seems that every single time I try to order online, it is an ongoing hassle and much of the time will not work. I have given up in frustration several times and they have lost the money that I would have provided to them. And, unfortunately, I cannot even go to my local store and get the discount that is offered online, not that I would want to fight all the shoppers at the stores right now during this time of year... PLEASE, PLEASE FIX YOUR ORDERING ISSUES SO I WON'T HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANIES PRODUCT TO USE!

I just started using this brand seeing my friend skin turns so radiant lately. The serum they carry smells natural and has an easy to absorb texture. Will review more few weeks later after seeing the result.

I adore Chantecaille! Every item I've ever purchased has arrived in perfect condition and succeeded my expectations.
