Who owns this location? Owning a million dollar business only to let the employees scare off customers makes no sense to me. 1. I asked which flavors they had prepacked ( because often only a few flavors are). I was told I needed to come into the store to see. Um, I wouldn't be in the drive through line if I wanted to park and come into the store. And how many seconds does it take for you to tell me? 2. One of the employees is wearing a t shirt that says, " I DONT CARE" on the front, which pretty much shows exactly how they feel about their customers. No uniform or dress code? 3. I ordered two pre-packed ice creams. They tried to sell me a different flavor because they didn't want to have to fill one themselves, even though there was no line of anyone waiting. When I got home and opened the one they filled in the store, it was 2/3 rds full compared to the other one that was filled completely to the rim. So I paid for a full one but only got 2/3rds. I know good help is hard to come by these days, but the service and attitudes at this store are costing the owner money.

I am updating my review. The company did not try to "help" me or "resolve" the issue. They order a 10% discount off your order but do not take returns. The entire thing is a racket. They send you extremely poor quality material, not at all what is on their webiste, then refuse to take it back unless you try to send it back to China, literally $120 with tracking. It cost me $60 without tracking which basically means it gets lost in a black hole never to be seen again. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, IN MY OPINION IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND THEY KNOW IT. I only wish I had taken a picture of the horrible, horrible quality product and posted it online so everyone could see (I've literally never ever seen something made so cheaply.) The U.S. should refuse to do business with this company.

Tip for consumers:
I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, IT IS A FULL ON SCAM.

NONE, sent all back. Lost ALL OF MY MONEY PLUS THE $60 IN SHIPPING!!!!

I bought several hundred dollars worth of items from this company. I lost ALL of my money plus another $60 in shipping fees! When the first of several orders arrived, I was astonished at how poor the quality was. I didn't even know material could be made that thin and cheap; it also looked like it had been sewn by a blind person, jagged and crooked lines, nor was the sizing true to size, everything was much smaller than standard sizes. When the next two boxes arrived, I took them back to the Post Office and sent them back, unopened, as a "refused shipment." In addition, I had to pay an exhorbitant shipping cost to send back the first box. The company refused to take anything back or issue any refunds. They know most people will not pay the crazy prices to return ship the items, plus most of it "disappears" once it gets back over to China. If you want to lose a lot of money and get sent literally crap, (I would have been embarrassed to even take the stuff to Goodwill and donate it!), then feel free to do business with this company. Oh, and lastly, the pictures on their website are EXTREMELY MISLEADING AND NOT IN ANY WAY REPRESENTATIVE OF WHAT YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE. I don't know why the Attorney Generals have not banned this company from doing business with the U.S.

I am writing this review in hopes that it will spur the company to fix these ongoing issues. I have been a customer for years now but just about every single time I go to order products online, it is a nightmare. I have wasted so much time today TRYING to place a $300 order during their 30% special sale but to no avail. I contacted their customer service department (apparently only available via chat and only residing in the U. K.) and they could not help at all. No managers were onsite during one of the busiest shopping days of the year to assist with issues either. (Poor planning on the companies part.) For a company that sells a high end product and at a very high price point, this is really sad. This is NOT an isolated incident either. It seems that every single time I try to order online, it is an ongoing hassle and much of the time will not work. I have given up in frustration several times and they have lost the money that I would have provided to them. And, unfortunately, I cannot even go to my local store and get the discount that is offered online, not that I would want to fight all the shoppers at the stores right now during this time of year... PLEASE, PLEASE FIX YOUR ORDERING ISSUES SO I WON'T HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANIES PRODUCT TO USE!

Tip for consumers:
MAYBE IF ENOUGH PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES, THE COMPANY WILL BE INSPIRED TO FIX THEM???? Its sad when you like and want a product a company is selling but cannot get it due to technical difficulties that have zero to do with availability of the product!

NONE BECAUSE THE WEBSITE WOULD NOT LET ME COMPLETE MY ORDER YET ONCE AGAIN!!!! THERE WENT A $300 SALE TO THIS COMPANY!!!!
