ChangeNow won't complete the promised swap, they won't refund, they just suggest waiting a few hours. Again and again. After two weeks, my money appears to be gone forever. In shock.
Please find another company. They will only steal apparently.

I tried to exchange ETHW for ETH, no money received!
I tried to exchange ETHW for ETH. This requires 1500 confirmations. After 5000 confirmations it still was not ready. I asked customer support -> should wait another 12 hours. After 12 hours asked again -> should wait another 16 hours. After 16 hours (2 days later) asked again -> should wait again (probably indefinitely). Nothing arrived till now. They have stolen the money! I will correct this text if I receive my money back!

As I can't give a zero star rating, this is as low as I can go. If you are unfortunate enough to put money into this company, you can just consider your money gone, cos these guys will not let you withdraw your money successfully. I speak from personal experience, people are losing thousands. Changenow is a fraudulent company and I was once a victim of their scam but thank God I was able to get help from a recovery agency called megcodyrecuperatee.com. They helped me recover my funds from Changenow.
