Scammed out of my Solana. Sent SOL for ETH using their swapper and the transaction has multiple confirmations but their site still claims it's waiting on the deposit. Not according to the chain. Really no recourse in getting it back as it's crypto.I recently got breakthrough on my recovery after reporting them to an agency who truly does their work. My loss and withdrawal issues has been resolved and my money returned, my email is on my profile write me i am willing to share helpful tips about my procedures.

I am extremely disappointed with ChangeNOW's service. They took my money 6 months ago, and despite repeated requests, I have yet to receive a refund. It seems that once you send your money to them, you might as well kiss it goodbye because you'll never see it again.I finally found support with an agency who truly does their job and my case was resolved, please do not lose hope on your withdrawal. Failed to perform coin swap, then kept funds.
Contacted them many times, but they only responded with excuses. They seemed to have little interest in resolving the issue despite their public persona.
Please don't deal with this company without an escrow company and ability to use a third-party arbitrator.

The staff's attitude is unprofessional and apathetic.
This company's public image is in stark contrast to the reality, where they appear to manipulate reviews even deleting negative feedback.
Their fake transparency and poor integrity raises concerns about entrusting them with financial transactions. Exercise caution when engaging with them.

Sent my money for a coin swap, but they kept it.
Support promised to release the funds multiple times, but didn't.
ChangeNow won't complete the promised swap, they won't refund, they just suggest waiting a few hours. Again and again. After two weeks, my money appears to be gone forever. In shock.
Please find another company. They will only steal apparently.
Tip for consumers:
Find a competitor and avoid at all costs.

I tried to exchange ETHW for ETH, no money received!
I tried to exchange ETHW for ETH. This requires 1500 confirmations. After 5000 confirmations it still was not ready. I asked customer support -> should wait another 12 hours. After 12 hours asked again -> should wait another 16 hours. After 16 hours (2 days later) asked again -> should wait again (probably indefinitely). Nothing arrived till now. They have stolen the money! I will correct this text if I receive my money back!
