Terrible situation, holding funds, no ability to transfer out or withdraw, all Swapspace keep wanting is more and more deposits all the time which is so shady. They started with a tax policy fee then to so many more fees that made no sense, but i paid them all anyways just to get access to my money. At the end of the day i realized it was a scam cause they still didn't want to allow me get my funds out of their platform. I had to make a report to an agency called gvkayhelpdesk.com along with evidence of transaction and proofs, after some time they replied then assisted me in getting my funds retrieved from this crooks

everything about SWAPSPACE is a lie, don't let them sweet talk you into falling for their schemes

Currently running into some issues with a scam that cleared my wallet of crypto. I've submitted with ic3, and involved law enforcement, however, they seem to run into issues with swapspace.co, he explained that they are known to be not very cooperative with law enforcement. I'm posting this as a psa to anyone else to help bring awareness to both potential partners and consumers that while privacy is appreciated, being known to not work well with investigation teams is also an issue.
Tip for consumers:
please be aware of their unwillingness to cooperate with law enforcement makes more scammers likely to keep using the service and continue scamming others

Could really say, it is one of the best crypto exchanges. I'm lucky to found this exchanger at the forum. Big data of crypto coins and good service. Staff tremendously fast to answer and help if you have any question. Fortunately, they do not need registration and you can do various exchanges at the same time. Keep it up, guys!

One of the best exchangers I've used. Easily and quickly exchanged ETH for BTC. The support staff quickly resolved my issue. They have a lot of coins that cannot be found on other exchangers.
