I strongly recommend avoiding this service. Within a single week, they blocked my funds twice. The first time, they requested a source of funds check and KYC verification. After three days, they canceled the exchange and returned my money. A few days later, I tried again—only to have my funds blocked once more without any explanation, just vague references to their own rules. They ignored emails, and customer support claimed it was beyond their control. This time, they held my funds for five days before canceling the exchange and returning the money—minus the commission. They repeatedly freeze users' funds, hold them as long as they want, and return them at their convenience while deducting fees. Avoid them at all costs.

Very bad company. I wish there was an option for 0 rating. They are very unreliable and do not go to them. They ask you to keep depositing and depositing and leaving you devastated. SCAM ALERT. This is not secure and not safe. After 5 years of trading with them they lock your account as soon as you try to withdraw your funds even a small amount of $500. They will ask for verification so that you need to send them your selfie and ID, and they won't approve it. Such a classic scam scheme. I lost about $******* there. SCAM

Poloniex is a huge scam, stay away. They will come up with numerous reasons why you cannot withdraw your crypto. After running a scan on my wallet address, I discovered that they took my funds about 6 weeks after I deposited them. If not for gavibrenaid. I am happy to say that my experience in these 10 months has been great! I love the fact that there are so many ways to earn and be productive and it is easy to use; the informations and rules are clear and last but not least, the support is polite, fast and rigorous.
I highly recommend Poloniex to new traders (and not only)!

1) Do not take a loan. This is because they LOCK UP your account immediately and you have to pay the loan from outside sources within 11 days
2) You have a 10% charge on all profits. On first withdrawal they lock the account and you have to pay the 10% of profits from outside of poloniex
Example I made $670,000 profit in poloniex before any withdrawal. They demanded $67,000 from funds outside of Poloniex. This was difficult for me.

Poloniex is one of the best in the industry for making deposits and withdrawals. This is because you will only ever pay the blockchain transaction fee. Unlike exchanges that hold back invested funds and keep coming up with reasons to hold onto it. Although, now we can count on fintrack.
