The process was very easy from start to finish. I sent in a very rough design and the artists sent back a professional looking proof that looked almost like a real coin! No charge for making numerous changes and even after waiting several months for approval for our design, they still saved it so we did not have to reinvent the entire process. Overall we are impressed at this point. I'll have to see what the finished product looks/feels like but I'm hopeful when they arrive in about two weeks.
