It was a long drawn out process on OUR END. TOok us a while to figure out payment and Challenge Coins LTD was super patient and hyper quick on their responses when i would reach out and ask for patience as we figure out the monetary part. I also understand that customers will bow out anywhere in the process and without them fully knowing whether we would pull the proverbial trigger, they stayed with us and when I emailed that we were good to go, they responded in less than 5 minutes. So, from flash to bang it was ridiculously quick and our product was ordered and started in minutes.

This was our first order for making a coin, so there were a lot of learning curves on my part. It was very easy working with Michele. She was prompt to respond and made the process quick. We are under a very short delivery time and most the other coin providers could not make our deadline. We will wait to see what happens as today we just ordered.
