I purchased $25 for TWO SNOW TUBING Tickets for Montage Resort. The voucher stated that it expires on March 31,2017. I went there over the weekend and the resort was still open. However, they closed the tubing early when we got there. I spoke with the GM there and they told they cant refund me since I bought it from a third party, which was Certifikid. I emailed them and they replied "We have spoken to the vendor regarding the early closure and they will honor your voucher for next season so you may use it then once they reopen". Unfortunately, we do not have the means to go back and forth easily when the place is 4hrs away! Nor we plan to go there ever again after this experience. I emailed the vendor asking for refund to no avail. Even though its a small amount, my hard earned did not deserve to be cheated on. Their customer service just keeps dodging and not helpful at all. Buyers beware of this merchant!

Great apps with so much fun things to do around town. I wish the offers like cirques de sol had offers for those who don't have 4+ family members. As a single mother of 1 child I'd like to go to these events at a discount without having to find 2 other people to go with, pay for them and then pay me back. I just wanna buy 2 tickets with the same discount opportunity.

I found out about Certifikid from a mom in my moms group when my son was only 6 months old. He's 5.5 now and we have had so many wonderful experiences because of the awesome deals on Certifikid! We've gone apple picking, Leesburg Animal Park, My Gym camp, Gymboree classes, Scramble, National harbor, and Port Discovery museum to name just a few of the highlights! We've not only been able to save a ton of money but we've gotten to experience new and exciting things I might never have found out about because of Certifikid! It's the ideal "groupon" site for parents!

The website freezes on mobile devices and freezes when trying to confirm that I "am a human."

I don't understand why there are errors. I used a valid credit card for the purchase. In the past, I haven't had issues, but this purchase didn't work last week or this week. I would like it to share why there is an error rather than just say there's an error.

There's a glitch in the system where it won't allow you to update your payment information in your account no matter how many times you try. I tried the "use a different card" option 6 times before the transaction went through.

The site is very user friendly. I had an issue with scheduling on my end and CertifiKID canceled the old vouchers and gave me a credit to get the new ones. No hassle, no problem, and no making me feel bad about the mistake. Keep up the great work you do for families.

I've been a member for a few years and my password wouldn't work. Lots of difficulty negotiating the site to get the deal I was looking for.
