This broker defrauded me out of approximately $650,000, and they are still chasing me for money. I was unable to get my money back after trying to make a withdrawal, however "CON,.><>
"Avoiding any financial risks is crucial. They demanded more investments while citing market trends on several occasions. They stopped communicating with me after I rejected and requested a reimbursement of my initial deposit. I never got my money back. S I M O N C H * C O M. Was able to reimburse me for the whole amount of my investment and profits in a matter of days, even though my communications and finances were blocked, as my proof shows. You may want to test them out.
Not a lot of people read reviews. Especially when it comes to companies like HomeLight. I read the reviews prior to using them and they went both ways but I gave them a chance. They were able to match me with a realtor in my area that really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for when selling my home. Heck, before they did that, HomeLight took the time to get to know me and my needs and that says a lot about a company looking for your business. The checked in with me during the process just enough to make sure everything was going good but not enough to be annoying. That's what I appreciate about this company.
Cindy is exceptional. Her high level of professionalism, combined with extensive experience, in-depth knowledge of the market and trends, outstanding communication skills, tenacity, and sales expertise are unmatched. I recommend her with absolutely no reservations!
Our agent, Trevor, was very polite, but never grasped our needs or requests. He kept asking us the same 3 questions over and over again. Finally, he told us to go through someone else because he couldn't help us. Then, he got upset with us claiming he never knew about our contingency of needing to sell our home first before we could buy our next one. Something we had been repeatedly telling him for months! So, we're going with someone else who will, at least, retain in their head what we tell them.
My experience with a variety of Century 21 brokers and agents in 22 years of real estate appraisal has resulted in positive encounters constantly. Consider that an agent has to be licensed in their area, comply with Century 21's ethics, as well as the National Association of Realtors and their local group's organization and ethics. The agent is held to an extremely high standard and must measure up or leave the organization.
I never saw any of the promised end of section review questions. Every time it took me directly to next section. And when I "saved" thorn it took me back to beginning of each section. I sent in questions but nobody ever responded.
