Ticket Support response times are usually less than 3 hours with resolution times dependent on the issue within another hour or two of the initial response. It runs an honest business that treats customers with respect, and this is the most important quality of a web host. I have monitoring software for keeping uptime statistics and so far the uptime is amazing. I would like to add that centohost do offer a very good price and on the more than 5 times that I have needed to speak to them, including in the middle of the night, there has always been a technically skillful support person available immediately.
