I ordered an unlock code for my galaxy s5 that was locked to bell. It took them only 3 days to get it which is actually slower then they usually push them out. I was getting anxious since its my first time unlocking a phone so I emailed them and they replied within 2 hours.

I bought my daughter a prepaid phone as her old one had a broken volume control - probably due to being dropped. Anyways, I ordered the unlock online, paid with Paypal. Waited for 20 minutes or so and then I received the unlock code. I followed the instructions putting in a sim from a different network. The phone asked for an unlock code and I keyed in the 8 numbers e-mailed to me. The phone paused for 10-20 seconds and came back with Unlock Successful. I noticed that the Signal Bars were active, so I called home and it worked. Very easy process. Worked no hassle. If I had any complaint it would be the price I paid $33 seemed a bit much when other phones can be unlocked for substantially less. Overall it worked like a charm and I am happy to recommend Cellunlocker.

Most companies seem good but it is when things do not go right do you see how good they are and in unlocking my sons phone it was a challenge... only due to the persistence and them asking the right questions did they get the job done. Once they found there was a problem they responded very quickly and we had to e-mail several times back and forth to solve it (response in less than 15 minutes)... assume job

After submitting the required information for my Samsung Galaxy Note 9, it took around a day to get the unlock code. It worked perfectly, and now my phone that wasn't paid off by the previous owner is now unlocked! :)

I have an iPhone 5 locked to Telstra on a contract. (I'm from Australia) And I rang up to ask Telstra to unlock my phone, they would not allow it because I was late on a bill. (I wanted to change to Optus)

Cellunlocker's website is easy to use and only a few hours after my purchase ($20) I received an email saying my phone was unlocked! The email has video and written instructions on how to complete the unlock process, it explains that you need to backup and restore ect, that was all fine with me but all I did was put my Optus sim in and turn my phone off then back on and it just worked! I didn't even have to restore or anything!

Overall great, honest and VERY fast service! I got a number of emails along the way to track my order and a follow up email to see if I am happy with my service!

Cellunlocker unlocked iPhone XS Max in 15 working days successfully. The timeframe given when I ordered was 1 to 15 days, so within their delivery window, though I understand from reading some posts it can sometimes it can take longer. The iPhone was locked to Verizon and I own the phone outright. Verizon refused to unlock the phone on request due to what they indicated which was the phone was not on their service for more than 60 days. Used AT&T sim and the phone unlocked right away, first try by following directions provided. Satisfied with service and would use service again.
