My experience was really nice with them, the code works very well, I was wondering because of my phone is an Galaxy S3 with the carrier Claro in El Salvador and I update the android version from 4. 1. 1 to 4. 1. 2 and every body tell me that version of android is unlockeable, but wasn't like that. I work very well so thank you!
Mi experiencia fue muy Buena, pues logre desbloquear (liberar) mi Galaxy S3 con android 4. 1. 2 el cual lo tenia con Claro el Salvador, estaba perocupado de poder liberarlo pues todo mucnso me decia que esa version de android no permite la liberacion de telefonos, pero no fue asi, asi que les agradezco mucho su ayuda!

The site could do a little better explaining of their service, the time it takes to unlock the phones and such. However, I did get the unlock code for my phone and I thought that was it, but nooooo. I kept having problems using the carriers from my country and they were kind enough to help me find a solution. As it turns out, the original carrier had coded my phone's OS in order to hide APN settings so I couldn't use any cellular data services from any other carrier. I was ready to give up on my phone, but thanks to their help I could fix the problem.

Absolutely horrific experience. The code they provided didn't work - ok. I understand nothing's perfect. I send them a video of me entering a SIM on the phone, booting the phone, entering their unlock code, as well as entering *#06# which proves the correct IMEI was provided and then asked for assistance. They have some sort of high-tech forensics group that investigates video submissions and makes some pretty ridiculous demands to try and disqualify my proof. I'm forced to make another video, this time after I've shown that I've factory-reset my phone so there's absolutely nothing goin' on in the background, whilst showing all the same info. Same error, they make additional demands.
I phone the call centre and spend the next hour explaining, reiterating, waiting on hold while they review my video over and over, wait some, more, they ask me again to make another video, I ask them to do a video chat so I can show them in real-time, I was then refused (can't handle the truth?), I ask to speak to the Manager-in-charge, who ends up cowering behind his CSR, and is finally cornered into giving me a refund.
It's no wonder that they're fighting tooth and nail for $25 as their systems and processes are extremely flawed, their techs show poor tact in replies, and their customer support does not know the meaning of due diligence nor courtesy.
This site has the cheapest rates for reason. Run away as far from these novices as possible.

I was a bit sceptic after reading all the reviews, but it works! First the network code provided didnt work, but in the email was clearly explained what to do next... I needed also the unfreeze code... Got the codes within 5 minutes the only thing what they can improve is when buying multiple codes to get some kind of discount...(needed to buy 2 codes for my wife and i...)... I am an satisfied customer...
