Look... to whom ever is incharge,

I tried to be pleasant with the first two emails and phone calls, and you respond with this. Now I've paid you in full for two products that according to my records shipped are where delivered (not the case). So here's what's gonna happen now... refund me for the complete order I DIDN'T receive and send me a return label for the wrong item you shipped and will purchase them from your competitor. Don't advertise what you don't have and never ask a customer to pay more for what they didn't receive!

It is now June 27th and I still have not received my charger and or a refund of payment! I will continue to let as many people know how PunkCase runs there business until this matter is resolved.

This case is amazing and very worth the price! It fits my phone like a glove and provides great protection. I love how it's clear so I get to show off the color of my new phone! I highly recommend this case!

I ordered 2 tempered glass screen protectors for the Samsung Galaxy Prime G530 phones I recently bought. After waiting 14 days (web site says 5-10) I received one for the G530, but the other was for a G360. There is no phone number to call. Several emails only get me the same response that I have to ship back the incorrect item at my expense before they will send me the right item. Just horrible customer service.

Gets the job done. Has lasted me a few months with many falls, no cracked phone. Love that it has a space to put a nice keychain/phone charm. Great color, looks amazing with a white iPhone back. I got my keychain from@ y2k. Candy on Instagram.

So far this case lives up to 5 star expectations. I wanted a nice clear case so I could still see my new phone plus and this definitely accomplishes that. It seems very sturdy and durable as I've already dropped it once and nothing happened. Would recommend if you're looking for a clear case for the new iphones.

After waiting over a week, the first temper glass came to me broken. They said they would send a replacement right away, but waited over another week just for that. After I sent them an email of keeping me updated, they shipped the temper glass that day(what a coincidence). When the replacement came, I thought the temper glass would be for my galaxy s10. Again, was sent incorrectly for a galaxy s10 plus. Temper glass is so much bigger than my phone. I am very disappointed, as I waited over 2 weeks to recieve a cracked temper glass to a replacement that was again sent incorrectly. I would not waste my time on this website. I am in the process of getting a refund now.

This case is great! I've had this case for a few months now and I still love it. I drop my phone far more that I care to admit and this case has held up well. It also still looks very clean which I appreciate! At this price point I'd definitely be willing to buy again once it starts to look dingey.

Better quality than most cases in this price range that we've tried. My 13yr old goes through cases faster than TP, so this is perfect! She recently went from the 11 to the 12 so we had to start all over with cases. This is thicker and has a more "solid" design than the gel type but it is still alittle flexible. It has a good fit, easy on/off & great side protection. My only complaint is that it shows fingerprints but after using it for a month it has not "darkened" or changed color. Definitely Worth The Price.

I made an error when I first ordered. And they changed it. The site said ships in 24 hours... been over a week so I emailed them to cancel. So I got this email telling me that its insane to try to cancel an order that they have already HAD to go get from some bin and switch it. I was also told to not email them again. Jerks customerservice sucks! Takes u 3 days to answer an email telling me it shipped yesterday! Save ur money I hope when this case arrives its not total garbage. Go to Amazon and order not this business.

Dropped my phone pro about 3 times since November and yup no damage to my iPhone but surprisingly no damage to the case either. Case feels sturdy and easy to hold. I recommend using vinegar to clean the case every now to keep it from yellowing. Good price, good protection.

I ordered for the above item, however, noted the discrepancy of the listed item and then the customer service mailed me to refund my money. Instead, they sent me the item, which I found tit faulty. The NFC feature cannot be turned off and S-pen does not work properly while putting the Samsung note 5 into the above case. They will not give you the return postal label in case you want to return the item. It is the worst company haunting for people money by selling faulty product. Be aware of this company. Worst, Worst and worst...
