Finally received the replacement-this time with padding so this one is good but doesn't stay on... So all the people needing proper goods, quality cases-GO ELSEWHERE!
They do not even send an apology with a replacement case as good will. You think that there would be a bit of PR given due to long standing issues of defective, and shipped damaged product.
So all in all:
Service=0 but have to give 1 star=after 2 months this is a definite 0.

Well- I have just opened my product that was received in the mail Friday-May 24 2019.
As you can imagine I have waited quite a while now for the replacement- over 6 weeks.
I received an opened item and the screen cover is cracked!

Great look and easy to hold. I upgraded from an iPhone 6 so this is much larger but this case makes it easy to keep in your hand. The case doesn't show any scuffs or marks from the couple of times the phone has fallen, even off the desktop.
I just got this case today because it said same-day delivery. So I can't say at all how well it will hold up but omg the pink bumper is soooo pretty with the white phone. The photo doesn't do it justice! I can't stop looking at the back of my phone lol. I'll update if the pink bumper stains yellow. I bought the light black and clear as well but might send them back because this one is so darn pretty to look at.

I made a mistake ordering an iPhone 6 S plus case for my 6 S phone. Sent a message within 10 minutes of my order but they sent the wrong case anyway. After contacting them to do an exchange I returned the case along with a paper copy of our exchange related emails and a note to request an exchange. They simply refunded my original cost less the 20% restocking fee and never sent the exchange. So I'm out $7 for return shipping AND $6 restocking fee with no case. I've since tried contacting them but they never even sent a reply. Very unhappy.
I went online to make sure the order was sent, only to find out that it had been cancelled so I checked my PayPal account and found that the payment order had not been. They seem like a scam company. Do not use
Picked this up as a starter case until I decide on a long term one. Popped right on, durable not too slippery has a raised edge on front to help protect screen. Good enough no rush to spend 50+ on a better one.
I find it this a very nicely designed angular yet easily held case. It blends well with the phone and displays the Apple logo! Now that I have it and experience it's light yet protective quality I would buy it all over again.
This phone case is so far so good... easy to hold, with a streamlined feel, but not so small it feels like it's going to break. The yellow is definitely bright, like highlighter yellow. But that is what I was looking for to easily identify my work phone.
Made a purchase for a phone case and still haven't received the case. It says "processing" and is implied that it hasn't left the warehouse. Their "Customer Service" phone number is a Google service number that is out of service. And they do not reply to emails or calls. In short there's no way for me to get my money back, and there's no way to get my product. Their site says 24 hour shipping but it's going on two weeks now. Hope this helps somebody as I'm 100% sure this is a scam/malicious site taking money and scary thing is your card information is on their file. Be safe and cautious DO NOT use this site.
I would advise not to do business with this company I have been trying for 5 weeks to get a refund. You can not CALL them, No Number listed to contact them. Think twice before you order items from this company. I return wrong size phone case to address it wass shipped from... company refuses to refund $8.00 I pd for CASE.
The case is amazing! It is sleek and durable for only $10. Unlike the other apple cases which are expensive. I love how I can see the color of my phone through the clear case. The phone slides in easily and has a perfect snug.
The case has a soft feel to it. The back is clear matte. Fits the phone well. The case also comes with 3 color button options that can be swapped out. I ordered the blue case and it came with black, green, and orange buttons
I am surprised by the quality of this inexpensive cover. I looks better than the one I had prior and I paid a lot more for it. I have dropped it twice on the floor once from my bed.and both times it absorbs the shock.
Do not buy these products, worst service I've ever received. The item I purchased was a Samsung note 10+ screen protector, cost me $15AUD. It took almost a month to arrive and no tracking advice whatsoever was given so it was a guessing game when it would arrive.
The product was not what was displayed on the net, was alot smaller than the actual screen size of the phone and the top left hand side didn't even stick down because of the ill fitting! They told me that's how their covers are and bad luck basically.
Never an apology or any type of genuine customer service. In the end I got a copy n pasted note on how to return the product for a refund to California USA with several disclaimers why they don't have to refund me if they see fit. Also, I live in Melbourne Australia, to return this and get a refund I'll be waiting another month plus. Seriously, don't bother buying from here.
Terrible service. This is a one man show business with UPS store address. I received the wrong item. According to them, they sent what I ordered. Their website is confusing. Assuming I made a mistake, I still expect assistance and replacement. No response after 2 emails and 2 calls. Phone is voicemail only.(I wonder why). They only responded after I involved PayPal and they did it with a sarcasm, pretty much calling me stupid. Then they expect you to pay 8 bucks return for a 10 bucks item. Not mentioning terrible reviews on the Internet which I definitely should have read first. Check out Complaintsboard.com, sitejabber.com, scamadviser.com, even Better Business Bureau and Yelp... this site is slammed with complaints... Pathetic.
People be warned..., Google should be ashamed working with such no office, but a fake ups address as office, no phone but just an email address to contact and be contacted, where issues would not taken care of this "company". This "company" is a scham with all the bad thing doing then having a customer relation.
They take your return and dont reship correct requested item. Sent back original receipt with new item order for even exchange. All you get back is a generic reply via email only from an unknown source. Have to wonder if this is a one man operation. Very shady! Doesnt try to resolve and no phone number, just a so called physical address. Again very shady and took a long time to get in the first place. Reported them to BBB, as still havent received replacement item nor refund.

There is no customer service, and their products are not worth the cheap price. The case did not fit, so it was returned. I am deployed overseas so just getting it to them was a job. Then, they continued to say that they never received the case, so would never give a refund. They are just cheap and so are their products.
