So far so good. It took some time for the order to be processed through my account and I had to call for a tracking number. All in all it was a pretty good experience.

The site was easy to navigate. It would be nice to see the impact of a discount code before inputting credit card information.

So far it has been pretty good but I just ordered and don't have the product yet so what more can you say.

Very easy process for ordering, and an excellent price on the Motorola Moto Z Play.

I ordered this phone because it said it was a straight talk smart phone. Yet it came in a net 10 box. I wanted to switch my # and straight talk service plan over to this phone, was told I couldn't.

Iv been wanted to upgrade phones for the longest time and finally decided to treat myself to the galaxy s8. Phone came in origanal box with original accesories even though it was a refurbished phone. Would highly recommend anyone to use this site based off the great experience i had.

For the price I paid I was expecting a new phone, not a used one. Wasn't even cleared of previous owners info. Was very disappointed. You should be more upfront with what you sell!

Had to do it three times but it finally got it done.
I checked the phones history to determine if it was an updated version as explained and it turns out to have been sitting on a shelf since 2007. I couldn't get it started (still can't) the existing battery total useless. VERY unhappy, inside of phone (battery cavity) looks like someone had glue or played with it in some manner. When I can contact someone... it is going back.

Phone was scratched when I rec'd it... was supposed to be 'new.'

Shipping estimations are off completely. Could've got it faster with free shipping instead of paying 30 extra for 2 day

I ordered it on the 14th of December but didn't receive it until the 23rd. Outside of that... Excellent.
