I had lost my phone a concert i went to i needed a new phone asap. Called up these guys customer serive number and asked how fast can they get me a new phone. Turns out these guys have a store front in NYC and since i live there all i had to do was go to the store front and pick up the phone. So happy i gave these guys a call

When I received the phone it had the wrong charger. I had to return it and you would send me the correct one. I did have to pay $3 shipping to return it. Hopefully you will send me the correct charger.

I was a little concerned about the website when I first purchase, but everything was exactly as advertised. The product was exactly what I was looking for, shipping was prompt, and everything worked great.

I would recommend if the product is what was advertised. This was a gift for my mother who lost her Samsun Zeal. Picture displayed the zeal, but I received an Alias (previous model). No time to exchange. My mother is happy, but I would not recommend because I could get the alias cheaper on other sites.

I'm at a time in my life where I don't welcome most "surprises". But I must say that things went "uneventfully", just as I had hoped. I was expecting a refurbished phone. I got just that, and in nice condition. It's so good-looking I dont really want to buy a cover. Glad I found cell2get

I ordered an iphone through these guys on black Friday but never got a chance to leave some positive feedback from my purchase. My phone came in 6 days with the free shipping and was just as described on the site. So far everything's been working smoothly and had the phone for about a month. If you just want a good deal on a phone check this site out they have pretty good deals from what I saw.

When I received the phone that I ordered, there was a minor cosmetic fault. I called cell2get, they promptly sent me s return label and send me a new one. The customer service is responsive and willing to make things right.

Item received was not what I ordered. Seller very promptly sent me a return mail label and refunded my money. Mistakes do happen! The overall experience was good. I would order again
