I thought it was really easy to place order
Phone support was very helpful in finding and purchasing a new phone. There was lots of confusion on shipping and delivery, but George and Melvin eventually corrected it.
Shipping was delayed by 2 days not cell2get fault but they shipped by first class instead of priority but in the positive side wheb i call customer servixe they fully refunded me on the shipping so I can say this company really care about the customer. The phone also works great will recommended this company
Price is good but Credit card was declined for the first time. I had to confirm with my bank the transaction before it went through.
Please improve UX design of web store. Hard to read and find the objects.
Ive used cell2get for numerous purchases over the previous 5+ years and their service, pricing, and overall structure gets better and better! Sometimes shipping little late but overall customer service is very helpful and friendly
Placed an order with cell2get a few weeks ago and everything went fine until my package was lost. I ordered the s8 and thought i was about to be out a few hundred dollars, gave them a call to see what they could do. Turns out with phones over $200 they insure the package. After everything was sorted out with the post office they shipped me over a new phone. Great service i will 100% use them again
Purchased a phone, paid to have phone shipped over night, a week later received wrong phone, (sent me an international phone), had to go round and round with them after I initially placed the order and used a card, and they said it was cancelled. FINALLY I received the phone a week later, still charged overnight shipping. I then shipped the phone back, apparently I was never charged for the phone, invoice was never done, owner couldn't believe I returned the phone and because of my honesty in returning the phone the owner promised me a 25.00 gift card from Amazon (5 months ago) to which was never received, go figure. Stay away, far, far away from this company.
The phone literally came in 2 days after it was purchased and it was exactly how it was described if not even better next time I buy a phone it will be off of this seller best prices around!

Found these guys through google while looking for sites to buy a new phone. Before i ordered from them i had a galaxy s4 mini and it was getting a little slow and i wanted something a little bigger also. I decide to buy the s7 edge and so happy i did, let me start by saying this phone is much faster and the screen looks so much nicer then my old phone. Phone came in like new condition and i bought it as refurbished. I also used the free shipping which i was told would take around 10 days, only took 7 days. Overall im just pleasantly surprised with the quality of insurance iv received.
Cell phone was received quickly and had no problem hooking up to provider. Was shipped with wrong charger but after a quick email exchange to customer service the issue was resolved and a new charger was shipped at no charge. Wonderful customer service. Good product.

Im a very indecisive person so i tend to switch phones every 6-8 months. Iv been using cell2get for probably around 3 years ordered a note 4, s6, s7 edge, and now the s8 from them. Two of the phones i ordered were refurbished and two were new and honestly the refurbished ones looked brand new to me they were just not in an original box which i toss anyways. I recommend this site to all and will probably use them again in a few months.

Before i buy a phone from them, i called and talked to a person. He said the phone will be NEW and on the BOX. When i got the phone, i see that it is USED and there is no headphone. So upset since this ws a gift. Cheaters, stay away from this place.
