Was gonna wait till black Friday to order a new phone but found this site with good prices so decided to give in and buy it early since the phones were already pretty cheep. Gave them a call sounded like theyre a big company plus theyre based out of nyc that was all the convincing I needed to try them out and glad I did. I picked the free shipping and it came in about a week which isn't the best but its free shipping what could you expect at the end of the day I'm happy with them cant see why I wouldn't use them again.

The phone I ordered was listed as 'like new' At the very least, the phone should have been listed as 'used'
The phone I received has a gouge in the edge of the exterior screen, obviously not 'like new'
The colors on both screens of the phone I received all appear 'washed out' when compared to similar devices. Almost as if there should be a brightness setting that needs to be adjusted, but no such adjustment is available to the end-user programming.
Finally, the charger I received with the phone does not work. There is an LED indicator on the plug end of the charger that should light up when plugged into an outlet. The LED indicator does not light up, I've tried numerous outlets, and the indicator still will not light and the charger will not work.
The Battery included with the phone will not hold a charge. I had to use the charger from my original LG Envy Touch to get it to charge at all because of the above mentioned problem with the charger I received, but once I did get it charged, the battery drains after approximately 10 to 15 minutes of use.
But, I already activated the phone through Verizon and need to use it every day, so I have not returned it because I cannot be without a phone.

This is my second order with cell 2 get, earlier one was HTC one m9 which I bought for my family. Since the first order was a great experience, I ordered this time for me. The first device was in MINT condition (no scratches front and back) and performing like brand new. Absolutely no issues with screen, charging, WIFI, hands free speaker and microphone etc. Also, last but not the least, their prices are the best among like new smart phones available online. I've visited the cell2get site numerous times but was reluctant to order from Canada. However, the range of products is vast and the prices are compelling (especially during sales). I've checked with friends who have ordered across the border and they've been satisfied with the speed and results. I like how the overall costs are shown (shipping + customs). There shouldn't be any surprises. The drawback? Returns would be a hassle. Since we checked carefully before buying, we're not expecting to send anything back
