My experience on this site have been OK and I had to call customer service and they were very responsive, however I was very disappointed in how long it took for my order to be delivered to me and it was not clear that the 2 day shipping (which I paid extra for) was not from the day the order was made but from when it was shipped which could be many days after the order

Really great experience here! The phone selection is huge and customer service is very knowledgeable and patient they are SO amazingly helpful. I purchase a cell phone from this company 6 years is was working great for 6 full years just a week ago it fell into the water and stop working i contact cell2get to order another phone and amazilgly i spoke to the same customer service rep i spoke 6 years ago he was very helpful helping me to choose updated phone. I received it today and its working great, hopefully this phone will also last me for 6 years great deal on great phone
On Saturday last week i had a question either the galaxy s7 will work with my service provider i try to call customer service but later on found out they are not open on weekends. I send them an email and for my surprise received answer to my question less then 5 minutes. Placed my order on Sunday and the phone arrive in Tuesday phone packed very well and also notice they included free insurance on my delivery. Phone works as it should very happy
Good product description is very accurate received exactly what I ordered the cell phone was in better shape then I hoped. For excellent item and it works great the only small issue I had I ordered extra battery and it did not arrived with the phone I contact customer service and found out the battery was send separately other then that its all good
I might be the outlier, but absolute terrible company. Ordered a cell phone and had to harass them about when it shipped. They stated that the phone shipped but did not actually indicate it online until 19 DAYS after they took my payment out of my account. TERRIBLE. Their prices are about the only thing going for them, because it definitely is NOT their service. Will not order from again.

All to the point
I purchased a phone advertised as "new" but the phone I received was clearly used. It had dings just where you might expect around the charging port and edges and it came in a generic box without instructions and with plastic protective strips removed. I decided not to go to the effort of trying to return the phone since it was in good working order.
Recieved broken merchandise, replacement was sent.
Everything was done and handled professionaly. I ordered an additional car charger, home charger and extended life battery. My package was delivered by usps priority mail and protected nicely. Merchandise was taken care and you can tell they care.
I walked in just to look at phone and was amazed at the prices, good quality, and helpful employees. Thank you very much
