Product was as advertised and shipping time was expected even after the processing stage. I am looking forward to make another purchase from them sometime in the future.

I didn't receive the phone I ordered or in the time frame I payed extra for. I was told it was not returnable as noted on the website, which there is nothing saying that. So even though I received something I didn't order I have to keep it. VERY BAD BUSINESS.

Good navigation choices enabled me to find what I wanted. However, paying for 2-day delivery did not work; order took over a month to arrive. No doubt caused by COVID-19 affecting lots of people, but still disappointing.

Took me more than 3 tries to reach Customer Service, but when I finally did, they were courteous and helpful.
Won't know if I can give you 5 stars until I receive item, and see quality of phone.

Got a very positive experience shopping here. The phone arrived almost on time (but I wouldn't mind waiting even longer - just want it to be safe and undamaged) and was well packed. Working without any drawbacks. Have already recommended to my family.

I ordered my device on March 31st and it did not ship until April 21st. I paid extra to ship it UPS and they sent it by USPS.

There are so many phones to choose from. It made it very hard to decide. But my fiancé is in love with the zoom so for her birthday in April, I'm gonna surprise her. Thank you for making her birthday that much special
