The puzzle my husband and I purchased is decent. We did not have any missing pieces, and the puzzle is ocean themed and beautiful. Our only complaint, the pieces did not fit snugly together. We have had to put several layers of puzzle glue on the puzzle to get the pieces to stay together.
Had many edge pieces missing and also 3 DUPLICATE PIECES - just on the edge, so I stopped. I extrapolate there would be dozens if not hundreds of missing / duplicates throughout the puzzle. Many pieces not cut all the way through, several pieces delaminating. How is someone in the puzzle business that can't get the most basic quality control correct? It's like they cut the pieces for many puzzles, allow them to mix together and just shove them into random boxes. Don't EVER buy one of these puzzles. Which 3rd world sweat shop are they making these in? (I would give 0 stars if it would let me)
Having put together numerous puzzles throughout my life I found that the construction of the above mentioned puzzle was absolutely the worst I've ever seen. Several pieces became delaminated from the picture portion of the piece and the card backing leaving the puzzle incomplete with pieces falling apart. You need to get a new mfg. Or find a new binding process. Hope this helps you with future customers and their satisfaction.

I spent 36 hours working on a beautiful 2,000 piece Thomas Kinkade disney puzzle only to find a piece missing at the very end. I sent an email to the contact listed in the box only to find out that it was an outdated email address. Grr. But manageable. I then sent an updated response by finding the correct contact information online. A few weeks later an UGLY 1500 piece disney VILLAINS puzzle arrives in the mail. No note. No explanation. NO WHERE near a replacement for my beautiful puzzle and hours of work. I then sent ANOTHER email request because it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact these people via phone only to receive a message saying that the correct puzzle was out of stock and they're "sorry for the inconvenience". I don't want a different puzzle. Will my puzzle ever be back in stock? They were so rude and obviously did not even care to find a replacement puzzle that I would value. AWFUL practice. STAY AWAY.
Got just about to the end and realized there were 4 missing pieces... very unhappy. It was a beautiful puzzle but worthless if you don't have all the pieces.
I HAVE A 300 PIECE PUZZLE, MISSING PIECES. I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY SAID TO ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR REPLACEMENT. STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT. THEY SAY THE WAREHOUSE MOVED BUT SEEMS LIKE IN THIS TIME FRAME SHOULD OF HAD REPLACEMENT PUZZLE SENT. THEY DO ANSWER PHONE CALLS BUT NO PUZZLE YET. GETTING A BIT IRRITATED WITH THIS FOR SURE.
Not only did I enjoy the 750 disney puzzle, but when I lost my puzzle printout, they gladly sent me a replacement and didn't even charge me for it. Would highly recommend!
They say they stand behind their puzzles and replace them if missing pieces...false they do not...only 1 puzzle a year per customer...
Everything excellent! Can't beat the price. Huge selection. Beautiful puzzles. Excellent service! Very happy customer.
I've bought 4 puzzles from them at Walmart. All are missing pieces or the puzzle wasn't cut right. If you all don't want your business to fail maybe you should improve your quality control Dept.
Worked on this puzzle for one and half weeks got it together and two pieces were missing it had the two pieces but they do not go to this puzzle
This puzzle was flimsy and I had two extra pieces and two missing pieces. I double checked all and they don't fit anywhere.
Wide gapes between pieces. Pieces fit together very loose.

Bought the 1000 piece pride rock puzzle and "finished" it, with one piece missing. Puzzle was new and completely sealed, and thankfully I was able to exchange it for a new unopened puzzle, and guess what? MISSING PIECES!
Could not find the piece no matter what just like the first puzzle, and just tossed it back on the box! Wanna know the greatest thing!? I CANT RETURN THE PUZZLE!
STAY TF AWAY FROM THIS BRAND I STG
How am I missing 2 EDGE PIECES? Like, what happens to all the pieces you guys are losing? Can't really finish a puzzle without two edges on one side, and they don't send individuals
Spent half an hour separating and trimming puzzle pieces! Layers of backing peeled off too. Puzzle will be trashed if pieces do not fit together!
Just completed a new, 2000 piece Thomas Kincaide puzzle. It's actually a beautiful scene but there are three missing pieces. Very disappointed: (
I bought two 550 piece puzzles from Walmart both missing pieces, first time I thought it was me. Will not be buying another one from this company.
Bought the 3 puzzle box and 2 out of the 3 are missing pieces, don't even want to try the 3rd one now. This is HORRIBLE!
I complete 2 to 3 puzzles in a month. This is my first and last Ceaco puzzle. It was a 1500 piece puzzle and 5 pieces were missing.
