I purchased a Christmas puzzle from this company and it came with a missing piece. I emailed them about it and said they would send a new puzzle in a few weeks. The new puzzle arrived and it is nothing like the one I purchased, it was an awful Disney puzzle. I told them I did not want this puzzle I even offered to send it back for a new one. They said no and ended it there. Terrible company they do not care about their customers.
I fell in love with this puzzle picture. It was 500 pieces, figuring it was OK. I put the frame together but was having trouble with the top of frame. The top row did not want to fit smooth like the rest of the puzzle. I have never seen this problem before. I am very sad about it because I loved the colors and the wolf. I will be leary to buy more of this brand. What good is a unfinished puzzle?I want to glue it and hang it on the wall, I am thinking it will look funky, and dumb because of pieces not connecting. We bought a box of four puzzles three out of the 4 so far are missing pieces. We decided to not even try to build the 4th one. We also just bought two more boxes. Which we will be returning to the store! Very disappointing ruined my daughter and I bonding time.
Received the Thomas Kincade holiday 4 puzzle box for a gift. So far 3 out of 4 puzzles are missing pieces and one has 2 defective pieces that don't fit. Very disappointed and won't buy after reading other reviews with the same concerns. It doesn't appear to me that this company is doing anything to improve their product.
Bought The Thomas Kinkade - Disney - 100th Collage - 2000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle. One piece is missing and another piece is duplicated. Contact their customer service but no reply at all. Will never buy any product from them again.
Got the puzzle put together and missing one piece. Have emailed the company with the box code and a picture of the puzzle with the missing piece. No response in over 2 weeks. Will never purchase a puzzle from this company again.
My daughter's puzzle was missing 1 side piece of the puzzle, contacted customer support and less than a week later had a new complete puzzle at our door! Very fast and polite customer service and great product!
One of the attractions of puzzles is the feel from placement of a piece and the way they fit together. Not true with Ceaco, unfortunately. They are so lightweight and poorly cut, there is no "snap" to placement, no substantial feel. In fact they are so lightweight and fit so poorly that you can't transfer a group put together to another spot - you can only slide or they instantly fall apart if you try to pick up even two fitted pieces, no less a chunk of them. Just not "puzzle" worthy even if the pics are good, which I do like.
Me and my 18 friends decided one night to buy the 1000 piece Sauvage X Salvaje Tiger Puzzle as an experience for youthful thinking and to pass down as tradition. Just like all the other reviews we've had plenty of problems. As of right now we're missing at-least two pieces and customer support decides to not even answer their emails. Talk about a poverty organization that doesn't even treat their own product with respect. My colleagues and I have also noticed the pieces we have put together don't necessarily match the shade of coloring on the picture. In much need for a refund and a whole lot is adding up behind that 1.7 star rating and 38th overall rating as a puzzle company. I'm disgusted.
I have put 2 of these puzzles together now. First one missing one piece. Notified ceaco with no response from them. So I put together another puzzle that was 750 pieces this one had 2 missing pieces! Very poor quality. Very disappointing
Bought the 8 puzzel box of National Parks. 4th puzzel missing 1 piece, 5th puzzel missing 2,6th puzzel missing 5 plus one duplicate from another puzzel! Probably won't do the other 2. I should have read the reviews first.
This was by far the hardest puzzle I've done in a long time. But it is beautiful. Very colorful. The problem I faxed with this puzzle while putting it together the pieces don't stay together. I actually glued some pieces while putting it together. I wish the pieces fit together better. It was just distracting. I put pieces together and different pieces came apart. Pat
Nothing is more upsetting and frustrating than spending hours on a puzzle just to find out that 4 pieces are the wrong pieces. Won't be buying Ceaco again!
I'm not sure what these earlier people experienced, but this company has upped its quality! We've ordered 5 from Puzzle Warehouse. High-quality pieces, gorgeous art, and space-saving, cute little boxes! So pretty, so high-quality, we can't even bear to give them away to friends. We're hoarding these beauties! Here's a photo of our latest--we're collecting this entire series!
I have purchased several of these puzzles and so far at least 4 of my puzzles have missing pieces. There is no quality control happening as I should not have this many. The pictures are beautiful and wanted to hang them but can not. Please do a better job. I need to find another company to get my puzzles from.
We are so disappointed with this puzzle. What was intended to be a quick morning puzzle left us a little upset. As you can see from the picture we finished our puzzle and 1 missing piece. Then for the next hour or so we crawled around our apartment looking like fiends searching for a lost puzzle piece. After thoroughly crawling throughout our apartment we have concluded that this piece was never in the box.
Bought 550 piece "Harmony" thinking it would be a relaxing break between 1,000 piece puzzles.
First, the good -
Beautiful image with quality printing, was enjoyable to look at during process.
Now, the not so good:
As mentioned frequently by others, thin pieces, lots of dust, image lifting off, and fitting rather dicey.
But the real deal killer was we felt that many pieces were of a similar pattern and shape as to very nearly fit, but not quite. We nearly quit several times as it was so exasperating, but persevered.
Jig saws are supposed to be intriguing and satisfying, not annoying.
So we found it very frustrating rather than fun. We normally keep our puzzles to re-do or give the simpler ones away but we will save friends the irritation and just throw this one out.
My family are jigsaw puzzle fans, we have never found a puzzle we could not finish until now. We purchased a 1000 piece titled wolves, a beautiful picture. Several of us have spent hours working on this with many pieces that can be interchanged etc. will be putting back in the box today, with about 10% done.
Got the correct number of pieces but got to the last two pieces and figured out that they were the wrong two... spent a collective 24 hours on this puzzle and out $14.00 for it... I will select Buffalo puzzles next time... As you can tell from the photo they are definitely the wrong pieces.
For a fun filled family weekend we purchased the Ceaco Seaside 10 pack puzzles box set. We've attempted 4 puzzles out of the 10 and all four were missing pieces. Missing pieces range from 1 to 6! My family does not enjoy puzzles as I do, but they agreed to do puzzles over the weekend; so I bought this box set and they have been so disappointed! Ceaco has made a horrible impression on my family and we won't be buying from them again! They haven't replied to my numerous attempts to contact them.
