American Made? What an insult! Where is the quality control? The puzzle came with lots of puzzle dust, cut strips and misc debris. Why? And it was more expensive than the other puzzles available. Never buy again. I am not going to send customer service the barcode to my purchase to get the same exact problem.
Amazon reviews had stated pieces missing. Thought customer lost them. Mine had FOUR pieces missing. I have never had that happen before. I am meticulous about keeping track of pieces. The quality was great and it was a beautiful, challenging puzzle. I would have definitely ordered more but it is so frustrating working on a 1500 piece puzzle and having pieces missing.
I would not mind the difficulty of this puzzle but I feel like I have already put this thing together 3 times already as these puzzle pieces do not lock and you are constantly putting back 3 or 4 pieces what you have just done because you tried to fit a piece in and it takes out 4 or more pieces just from having tried the piece in the space. This is absolutely crazy and nuts and I for sure won't be ever purchasing any more Ceaco brand puzzles. I usually pass them along but for sure not going to pass this one along except for the tossing in the trash can. Also the layers are pulling apart and the top coating comes off & I have to sit and glue the picture to the backing. What other company do I have to do that with - NONE! These suck!
This is the overall best puzzle I have worked in at least a year! The quality cannot be beat! Pieces fit together, picture is beautiful! I was so pleased that a poster came with it! I'm not thru so I cannot take picture.
It is so hard to find puzzles these days in toy stores. It seems like everyone only sells videogames nowadays. Looking for a family puzzle because we do a lot of them together as a family, so we looked for some online. This website has some great puzzles of 1000 pieces and more. We got some of our old favorite movies like the Wizard of Oz.
I accused the dog of eating the missing piece. I went through the garbage and all my clothes looking for the missing piece. Now I read that many others have had a puzzle from this company with a missing piece. That's just not fair.
Other than that, I loved the colorful, fun puzzle.
Not only did I enjoy the 750 disney puzzle, but when I lost my puzzle printout, they gladly sent me a replacement and didn't even charge me for it. Would highly recommend!
I thought I was missing pieces to my first puzzle, but later found them and completed the puzzle. I just completed my second puzzle, and all the pieces were there. I'm about to start a third one.
Just finished a 1000 piece puzzle "Life is Just a Chair of Bowlies". So frustrating to be missing 18 pieces! I usually pass puzzles on to friends when Im done but will be tossing this one in the trash and avoiding Ceaco in future purchases.
I have 2 puzzles bambi and gone with the wind, hanging on wall each missing one piece, Ceaco has failed to send replacements. Imagine building a 750 &1000piece puzzle only to find the last piece was left out of the package. Just bought another 750 one with tigers it also is missing one piece.and it has ended up in the recycle bin. Ceaco is a waste of time and money.And if you post the TRUTH on facebook they will block you.
I ordered 3 puzzles from their website to do while being stuck in the house. One was a 2000 piece and 2 were 1500 piece puzzles. The 2000 piece I spent hours on, and got to the end- one missing piece. The 1500 piece was missing multiple pieces. I didn't even bother trying the 3rd puzzle. I emailed their customer service, they send they would send 2 new puzzles. I had asked for specific ones if the one I had originally bought were sold out, since I own so many puzzles. A few months later I received only 1 replacement puzzle, and it was one I already owned.
Technically they still owe me a replacement for the 2000 piece puzzle. I emailed them last month and never heard back. Probably going to chalk it up to a loss and never buy anything from this brand again. Wish I could have just received my money back at this point.
I'm so disappointed with this company. I buy the Disney Thomas Kinkade puzzles to put together and hand in our room. Almost every puzzle I put together is missing a piece. Customer service doesn't really care about the money and time we spend. I'm returning the new ones I bought!
The 1,000 piece Thomas Kinkade puzzle I purchased was beautiful. We spent 5 days working on it only to discover one piece was missing when we completed it. This was very disappointing. Team#218 in the Quality Control Department... no Christmas bonuses for you. I will not buy another Ceaco puzzle.
We bought the 12 days of Christmas puzzle and was assuming it would be fun to do a quick 100 piece puzzle every night the 12 days before a Christmas. All the pictures were really nice. Of the 12 puzzles, one had a missing piece and two duplicate pieces. How does that happen? Two others had a missing piece. I see from other reviews it is a common occurrence with the Chaco brand. Will stay away from them.
Used to only buy Ceaco puzzles, but will look to other brands now. Puzzle size is much smaller but price is still the same. When I opened the box, lots of pieces still attached.
I purchased a 2000 piece puzzle and completed it on my kitchen table with 5 pieces missing.
I live alone, had no visitors, sweep my kitchen floor and no pieces found so I'm 100% sure this sealed plastic bag of puzzle pieces I opened was missing 5 pieces! Not cool Ceaco!
We opened a brand new Ceaco puzzle snd started separating the border pieces from the interior pieces. Many pieces were stuck together... not like it had been worked before, but in that they had not been completely through to separate it. To separate those clumps of pieces, would tear the backing off. Stay away and do not purchase. I have never reviewed a puzzle in my 56 years of life, but this was beyond frustrating! We were working a ton of puzzles during our Coronavirus quarantine and this really put more of a damper on an already stressful situation.
I ordered four puzzles on 12/21 and expected them to ship immediately. We do a puzzle every New Year's Eve and I was looking forward to choosing from the four I had ordered to do with our guests. The puzzles did not ship until January 6th! I emailed customer service on January 2nd to see what had happened and to cancel if they had not yet shipped but they did not get back to me until today with an email blaming FedEx. I also only got three of the four puzzles with no word about a back order. Customer service for your company is disgraceful.
We have done three Ceaco puzzles in a row, all bought new and all missing pieces. The first one we assumed we had lost pieces, but after three in a row we have concluded that these puzzles are obviously poor quality. All three were purchased at Walmart but I believe it's the puzzle company not Walmart. I think Walmart should find a different company to buy their puzzles from!
Was really enjoying putting this puzzle together only to find that an entire corner of the puzzle was missing! This was during the pandemic so I couldn't make a return therefore I completed it... so disappointing!
