I just finished my puzzle and there's 2 missing pieces and a piece left over that's a duplicate of another piece. What are you going to do about it?

We're sorry to hear there was a problem with one of our puzzles. We are always striving to improve our quality control, but unfortunately occasional, very rare mistakes, are unavoidable. We are unable to send individual pieces, but will be happy to send you a brand new puzzle. We cannot guarantee that it will be exactly the same image, but we will send a puzzle from the same series if possible, and it will always be a puzzle of equal value.

Please take a picture of the UPC barcode and e-mail it to QC@ceaco.com along with your full name, mailing address and the item number of the puzzle (the item number is a four-digit number with a dash and one or two digits after the dash, usually found near the barcode.) If you are not able to send images via email, you may instead cut the barcode off the box and send it, along with your Full Name, your Postal Mailing Address, a copy of your email message, and the white inspection tag if you have it to the following address:

CEACO Quality Control
C/O Edaron, Inc.
100 Appleton St.
Holyoke, MA 01040

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your new puzzle.

You can try emailing these asshats with a pic of the UPC code your address and phone number. I did when I bought a puzzle with missing pieces. Never heard back and wasted money. They won't be in business long...
