I purchased via Cask Cartel from Australia with a delivery to the USA. Just after ordering I found out the recipient would actually be away and not available to sign for receipt. I reached out to Cask Cartel as soon as I found out and they were able to arrange delivery to an alternate address where we could ensure a sign for receipt was received. This company must be truly desperate for cash. I ordered a $50 bottle of Bourbon (w/$30 delivery fee) on 2/27/23. Sent an email a few hours later to cancel the order, as I no longer wished to purchase the item. I found out this was not the Bourbon a colleague drank. The company sent me back an email saying they couldn't refund me my money and their policy was attached (which was not initially made available). They offered to switch it for another one of their products. How desperate do you have to be to not refund $80? Just give people a refund. They're more likely to give you repeat business.

The box this expensive bottle was shipped in was so flimsy it fell apart on the porch. Only the bubble wrap saved it from disaster as there was little to zero tape holding the inadequate box together. Tracking the shipping was also lack luster. Love the product, hate the shipping.
