Ryan O wrote a review that I would mimic most of what he said. There is no contact number, i've submitted many emails to them Seems they sent me a review, but never sent the product.(Phone Case) if it's true they're from China, I kind of believe they are because of being untouchable. That's a shame. And just like many other people they gave advice I would be apprehensive in dealing with them at all. Even if I get my phone case, Apple hasn't been worth it. The number written on the contact sheet, receipt of sale, it's not there right phone number.

Purchased two items (iPhone case and iPad case and keyboard).
1) Company claims in USA - they are NOT. Instructions are in Chinese and support (when forced) is clearly not US either.
2) the "24/7" support - is a email address that doesn't exist.
3) Paid expedited handling fee, as well as believing their website banner that items were in stock and not affected by COVID. My items took 30 days to even arrive because of "shipping delays in airplane, please dont be sad".
4) They only replied when I had disputed the charge on PayPal.
5) Used the address from PayPal (an com.au) address to request return and refund. No reply for 3 days running despite advertisement of outstanding support and satisfaction guarantee. I'm out the money and will try to dispute with PayPal again. Glad I didn't direct pay.
Company is absolutely fraudulent.
I ordered from them and paid the extra to receive it in 3-7 days. Their policy said they ship out the next day. It's been 23 days and nothing has arrived. I have sent numerous requests through their "ticket buddy" and have never received a response. How convenient for them, there is no phone number. I usually read reviews before I purchase from a new place. I didn't with them and I am so sorry I didn't. I don't know anything about the quality of their products because I don't have them. They did send me a request about a week ago to review the products that I have never received. And a 10% off coupon for my next order. Like there would ever be one. Spend your money with a company that has a phone number and good reviews. This place sucks!
I, too, am beginning to believe that this company is a fraud! They have my money, and I haven't heard from them since. I've tried contacting them multiple times and get no response at all! I would not purchase from them!
I ordered a case and didn't like it so with their instructions. I then ordered another one, exactly what I wante. Meanwhile I am waiting for my money back, I would ask the status and they. Paypal the Ptolemaic is they have 2-offices- one in Georgia and one in Australia. Ty hey don't communicate. If they could fix that problem-the cases are great just don't order two of them.
This company has duped so many people by claiming to be US based.
I looked up their address and called the store in California where they say they're located. The shop worker who answered told me - Case Buddy pays him to use his address. Says it's an online only company. He couldn't help me.
It's been 60+ days and no cases. I wish I'd never given them my $150. They stopped responding to my emails. I encourage everyone who's been tricked by CaseBuddy to contact your state's attorney generals office and file a complaint. Please.
I purchased a case for my iPhone back on February 4,2020. I still have not received the case and the tracking number provided is invalid. I have emailed the company several times regarding the status of my case and have not heard anything. My money has already been taken from my bank account. I do not recommend purchasing from Casebuddy as their customer service is poor and I'm not confident that I will even receive my case. I have sent a final email requesting a refund of my purchase. With any luck perhaps they will make it right by doing so.
I cant get ahold of them, I havent received my product which I ordered over a month ago. The tracking number doesnt work. & now when I try the website it doesnt exist anymore. I will be disputing the charge.
How can we review something if we haven't even received it yet? We are extremely pissed off and mad that you have not shipped this in a timely manner.

I ordered a simple iPhone case in late November. They said they sent it (tracking does not work). They said it arrived in my city & then was returned to their facility due to incomplete address. Purchased via PayPal. Never ever have I had an issue with PayPal. More promises and still nothing from CaseBuddy. Don't waste your time or money with this bogus company!
Ordered case on April 11th, 2020. Still have not received my order. Tracking number does not work. No contact number to get in touch. Looks like I lost 30$ bucks.
I placed my order on 4/11, and at the time the order was "promised to be delivered" with in 3-10 business days. Two weeks later, on 4/25, the package was still not delivered to the 2nd carrier, US Postal Service.
Had I known it would take 3+ weeks to deliver (my guess at this point), I would have not ordered.
I emailed customer service a week ago and they basically said "please don't be mad at us". The response to my complaint email also had a completely different tracking carrier for DHL and when followed that tracking, the website was in a different language I could not read because I speak English. The website claims to be "America's best cell phone case..." but they are not American at all based on this tracking email and the broken English in the response email. They even have American flags on their website. I don't care if i'm purchasing American made products or not in many cases, but I DO NOT like dealing with deceptive companies.
Very deceptive company. I am not happy with the price, service, shipping time. I'm not one to complain but I have a $1200 phone with no case that could have broken by now.
My husband ordered me a case with a bluetooth keyboard for Christmas for my ipad pro and the keyboard will not hold a charge or connect to my ipad. I have emailed and have not received a reply and cannot find a phone number to call to get this replaced. It is a shame because the case is nice and the keyboard looked the part if only it had worked as it should have. I am giving 1 star based on the lack of response from the company, I understand that merchandise may be faulty from time to time, but the lack of customer service to issue a replacement is unacceptable.
I paid for 2 iPads covers and still have not received them. The DHL tracking number was invalid and I am still waiting on my package. I would not recommend them at this time.
I ordered a phone case on 14 October and paid $15 for delivery ($65.95 total). I emailed them to follow up on 13 Nov - NO REPLY. I emailed again on 20 November - RECEIVED A RUDE REPLY saying simply "It's with Australia Post". Later that day they said it was lost and they were resending the product "today" (20 Nov). On 23 Nov I requested a tracking number for the 2nd product - they didn't yet have one. On 28 Nov, I AGAIN asked for a tracking number and REQUESTED A REFUND... I received a new tracking number (no refund!) but still nothing has arrived. I have followed up with both Australia Post, Fastaway and Aramex. It is now 21 December and there is no sign of either parcel OR my refund. I very much believe this website is a scam.
When the cover it's installed and began to use the device the trifold cover doesn't over the grip needed to hold the IPad. Corners well protected.
Instead the skin feeling on the back should be the material as the corners.
This is the best cover for iPad, bar none. It's leather, holds my Apple pen, & allows me to watch movies, because it has a built in stand. It's perfect!
