My husband ordered me a case with a bluetooth keyboard for Christmas for my ipad pro and the keyboard will not hold a charge or connect to my ipad. I have emailed and have not received a reply and cannot find a phone number to call to get this replaced. It is a shame because the case is nice and the keyboard looked the part if only it had worked as it should have. I am giving 1 star based on the lack of response from the company, I understand that merchandise may be faulty from time to time, but the lack of customer service to issue a replacement is unacceptable.
