My 5 year old son drove the Extreme Buggy XL 4x4 it on our flat gravel driveway and mostly flat grass yard. Three motors failed and the fourth caught on fire. Company claimed he was too rough on the car and now we can purchase replacement parts. I've emailed and followed their guidelines, but they have offer no options for a real solution. Do not purchase this vehicle. It may catch on fire and no one wants their child to drive a death trap.

We bought a remote control ride on Super Buggy XL from CarTots.com on the recommendation of one of their staff when we called. They really know their products as we absolutely love this car. There is lots of power and the battery life is pretty good too even with the four motors. Our kids love riding in it and we love driving them around with the remote. Had an issue with the Mercedes zetros. They're rep kept telling me someone would contact me for repairs. No one hasn't called as of yet! We've been waiting for a call back for nearly a month and a half! My kid can't even ride his car which only held up for 2 weeks. The wheel popped clean off from the axel

Purchased a car and it took 4 months to send to me without any communication from them, I have email to prove this. Once received vehicle was defected and had missing parts. I have been unable to use a vehicle I paid $400 for, for my daughters birthday gift! Horrible, will proceed with lawsuit for fraud

Had my doubts after i made my purchase and then finished reading the reviews. I even called to cancel my order but i talked to Wilson and he reassured me i would get my order in a timely manner and ms it would be a great vehicle. Well, he was right. I got a tracking order in two days and my truck showed up in 4 business days. Packaging was in good shape. I got the tundra for my son so it looks like dads truck. I'm so happy i didn't cancel. This truck is awesome. Not sure i can wait the week to give it to him for his birthday. Thanks Wilson

I was contemplating getting the super buggy XL for my two girls. Since it's a big purchase, I wanted to talk with an actual person to ask some questions. I felt so much better about knowing what I was buying after talking to the folks at car tots. They also helped me out when USPS lost the license plate. For helpful folks!

I've been Looking for a ride on car for my son for a while now and could not find anything good here in hawaii and online everyone does not wanna ship to hawaii for a reason tried everywhere! Until i found these guys! They shipped fairly fast (10 days) and the customer service was unmatched they were contacting me every step of the way such great service amazing!

Car Tots has incredible customer service! They looked out for me with my sons upcoming Christmas gift! His original car couldn't be delivered in time for Christmas and Cartots was so very gracious to keep me updated on my order status! They also modified my order for me and I was able to choose another vehicle which is the Range Rover HSE. The car is literally a mini version of the REAL DEAL! The shipping was very prompt, and arrived quicker than I thought! I will always recommend CarTots for all of your kids car needs! I will be purchasing more from them! Very pleased with my purchase. Package came with a tail light missing but all it took was an email and they shipped the part right away. They were happy to answer any questions I had!

We bought the 24volt Toyota Tundra from Car Tots and obviously the truck speaks for itself. It's amazing, my three year loves it and I love getting to drive it with the remote. Its got everything; storage for toys and friends and stuffed animals, plenty of power, lights, a radio and everything to match an actual Tundra. But what I think was so important is that Car Tots' customer service is first class. We had issues with the taillights and one of the rear view mirrors (things happen) and Car Tots Customer Service was easy to get a hold of and took care of the issues quickly. They were extremely helpful and friendly and even reached out weeks later to make sure everything worked out. Extremely impressed!

Horrible customer service, sold me a clearly broken unit, strung me along for 6 months so they could say sorry, out of warranty. Aggravating lack of communication throughout, clearly just a money grab.

Play store order 6 weeks ago still haven't heard anything called send emails no reply every time I call I just get a voicemail and no reply starting to wonder it's not a scam

She has room to grow in it also. Fast and slow mode so it is great for younger kids... VERY worth the money!

Recently ordered a 24v big kids sports car. The car arrived (after weeks) with many broken pieces (front axle, wheels, headlight, and floorboard cracked, and looking back, I wish I read the "no returns accepted". The customer service team is slow to respond, and to their credit, they did send news parts for me to replace, except the broken floorboard. So, after spending 1300$ with adding on every accessory, I definitely regret this purchase. What upsets me the most, is the lack of compassion that this car was delivered all banged up and my 10-year-old daughter does not get to enjoy her present. Very disappointed with the attention to my issues. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

We purchased our first car from CARTOTS for my daughters 6th birthday, when it arrived we put it together and everything worked perfectly. The quality of it was excellent and she absolutely loved it. She has always been a Lamborghini fan since she was little as I've always owned them, this was her favorite gift to date. We did have a small issue with a bearing. We simply called, then emailed and within a few days we had the replacement part in hand NO ISSUES, NO QUESTIONS asked. Not only is the customer service incredible we have purchase a 2nd car for my vacation house for her to have. I highly recommend the product and the customer service is ON POINT! Aloha! After reading the reviews we were mildly skeptical regarding a purchase. We are so glad we went with CarTots. We purchased the 4x4 Buggy for our granddaughter after looking EVERYWHERE AND HAVING NUMEROUS ORDERS CANCELLED with 6 other companies. CarTots and their representatives were the ONLY COMPANY that took the time to actually speak with me to work out any kinks, address shipping to Hawaii concerns, and answer any and all questions that I had. The quality of both the buggy and the company's rep ( Wilson)are surpassed by none. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Thank you to CarTots for making our granddaughter's off-roading Hawaiian dreams come true!

We bought from card tots hoping that it would last a lot longer than buy a cheaper one. Our Jeep did not last more than a year and the board keeps melting we called in for replacement parts that we had to pay for. We replaced the parts and the board melted again they said there was nothing they could do for us.

I have been dealing with Walmart on 3 different occasions with an order to purchase a toy car for my son's 1st birthday and all 3 occasions, my order was cancelled with "no explanations" and left with a huge disappointment. Not for myself but for my son. After having a horrible experience with Walmart, I was hesitant about buying another toy car from another seller, but I am happy to say that, with Car-Tots, it gave me a whole different perspective and trust to know that, Wilson who was helping with the order, went above and beyond to make my son's birthday gift a reality and was extremely professional and personal, like I am speaking to a friend. DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR MONEY! THEY TAKE IT WITHOUT DELIVERING YOUR ORDER! I GOT PROOF! MY 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IS HEARTBROKEN AFTER WAITING FOR HER NEW CAR. I WAS FORCED TO INFORM HER THAT UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE BAD PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO WILL HAPPILY STEAL OUR MONEY WITH NO CONSCIOUS ABOUT OTHER PEOPLES FEELINGS. What a great buy! For the pandemic lockdown, I used the Screamer toddler Side by Side in our backyard and it is amazing! The speed was great in the grass too! If your looking for a great buy and great company, buy from Car Tots. I purchased for my 2 year old and 4 year old.
