I purchase a 24V 4x4 Super Buggy XL last October And it has been ridden about every possible day since then. My grandson (now 4 1/2) had out ground our first ride on truck and I had to get him another one. He lives on a small farm in central NC and goes everywhere around the farm. He hauls things to help out. It has held up to lots of bumps and things and still going strong, even in the snow last winter. There has been few question for support team but they have always contacted me rapidly with answers. The way it is going I will need a set of tires soon:)

Recently ordered a 24v big kids sports car. The car arrived (after weeks) with many broken pieces (front axle, wheels, headlight, and floorboard cracked, and looking back, I wish I read the "no returns accepted". The customer service team is slow to respond, and to their credit, they did send news parts for me to replace, except the broken floorboard. So, after spending 1300$ with adding on every accessory, I definitely regret this purchase. What upsets me the most, is the lack of compassion that this car was delivered all banged up and my 10-year-old daughter does not get to enjoy her present. Very disappointed with the attention to my issues. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
I was contemplating getting the super buggy XL for my two girls. Since it's a big purchase, I wanted to talk with an actual person to ask some questions. I felt so much better about knowing what I was buying after talking to the folks at car tots. They also helped me out when USPS lost the license plate. For helpful folks!
Horrible customer service, sold me a clearly broken unit, strung me along for 6 months so they could say sorry, out of warranty. Aggravating lack of communication throughout, clearly just a money grab.

We ordered a remote car (Audi 24 volt) for our grand daughter. When it arrived, the box on one side side 12volt & 24 volt on the top. Right away I thought we got the wrong car. Of course I wasn't happy. To make a long story short, I contacted CarTots and spoke with the nicest man, Wilson. He reassured me we received the correct item and told me to open it up and look inside. The next day I received a call from Wilson to check and make sure we looked and were satisfied. Well, once we looked it was indeed the correct item. This is the best company I have dealt with in a long time. The time he took to make sure we were satisfied and happy was very impressive. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a ride on toy for their children, order from here. You will not be disappointed. When I need anything like this again, I know where I am going.
The car will last for a few weeks without issues, then you need parts and good like if they respond to you. They are entitled and feel like they are doing favora to customers. They literally told me; "we were doing a favor for you" when trying to address an issue I had and that by the way, I was paying. Save money and a horrible experience and buy somewhere else.
We bought the 24volt Toyota Tundra from Car Tots and obviously the truck speaks for itself. It's amazing, my three year loves it and I love getting to drive it with the remote. Its got everything; storage for toys and friends and stuffed animals, plenty of power, lights, a radio and everything to match an actual Tundra. But what I think was so important is that Car Tots' customer service is first class. We had issues with the taillights and one of the rear view mirrors (things happen) and Car Tots Customer Service was easy to get a hold of and took care of the issues quickly. They were extremely helpful and friendly and even reached out weeks later to make sure everything worked out. Extremely impressed!
Ordered my daughters car for her birthday on the 12th it's the 19th no updates besides I know the shipping label that was created and fedex didn't receive the package from car tots emailed them they said "didn't you see on the news fedex has delays and the package is in their trailer "! That's when I got paranoid, no delay notices from them nothing else besides a $#*!ty response! I called them the representatives are just a waste of space! They told me someone will call me nobody called! I read the reviews here and I'm shocked I don't want anything from these bastards now! I want a refund!
The car itself is very cool. I had a question after I overlooked a wire to hook the vehicle up and get it running. I got a reply within 24 hours on how to fix the problem, and sure enough the car was good to go and I had a very happy daughter.
What a great buy! For the pandemic lockdown, I used the Screamer toddler Side by Side in our backyard and it is amazing! The speed was great in the grass too! If your looking for a great buy and great company, buy from Car Tots. I purchased for my 2 year old and 4 year old.
The Unimog sure looks cool, but that's where it stops. Actually, the truck doesn't stop. When my son lifts his foot from the peddle, or I release the throttle on the remote the car continues to role for about 3 seconds. Since the car doesn't stop it's incredibly dangerous, my son could role into the street. This is no joke, when I mentioned this to the rep I just spoke with (I think his name was Todd or Tom) he said something along the lines "I don't care" or "that's not my problem" I don't want o miss quote, but you get the idea. Apparently he doesn't care if my son gets run over. All I want is to get rid of this horrible product but they have just told me too bad.
In summary, not only is this car extremely dangerous, but the company is rude and I would simply say, buyer be ware, if you want your child to be safe, DO NOT BUY ONE OF THEIR CARS!

We ordered the Trail Blazer from Car Tots for our twins to use this summer. My husband and I love it just as much as the kids since we get to drive them around. It works great on our front lawn as well as on any other flat surfaces we have tested out. We take the kids on walks in evening for some family exercise too. They cannot wait to get back in there and sometimes will even just sit in it in the living room. Thank you for providing such an amazing ride on car and we may be back for a Christmas present too. Answer: No they will not catch fire when used properly. Anyone who says their vehicle caught fire either charged the battery for weeks straight and disregarded that they damaged the battery. Almost every one of our vehicles has the same type of battery that is in a normal car we drive which are SLA non-spillable batteries and when charged properly are extremely safe. The rest of the vehicle is plastic, metal and wiring... none of which are flammable unless you purposely put so much heat to it that you burn it. When you read review about a car catching fire what the customer means to say is that they had smoke coming from a motor that burned out. This can happen with the motors, but you will not see flames coming from the vehicle for a burned out motor.

Answer: Hello, If you purchase a vehicle from our company you can purchase an extra battery. Most of the vehicles are not made to swap the batteries out between uses, but it is possible. The cost is $40 for most of the vehicles to purchase an additional battery. If you order by December 15th we will make sure it gets to you by Christmas anywhere in the USA.
