what is the normal timeframe to receive merchandise?

Normally within one week. Megan and Charles ordered during covid and there were supply chain issues. We did answer their calls and emailed them back as well. Covid was a difficult time for all of us. If you have questions send us an email and we will get back to you within one business day typically.

3-5 months. They have to make enough in orders before they can place the manufacturing order.

THEY DO NOT... I REPEAT... THEY DO NOT SEND YOUR ORDER AT ALL. WHEN YOU CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR ORDER, THEY HANG UP ON YOU! ITS A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS
