Being charged 200$ deductible three times now for the same check engine light. No one can seem to care about

Upon starting a new claim for different parts, that does warrant a new deductible. We are always willing to go over your contract with you, explain the claim process, and address any issues. My experience with Car Shield was great. I had no problems with my vehicle getting repaired. They got a tow truck to pick my car up and carry it to a shop.

I've been a member of Carshield's Warranty Program for quite a few years. During this time, I've had to do maintenance on several vehicle parts. When claims were called in for approval I must say the dealership handling all repairs have been received positively wit prompt and immediate responses for claim verification. I have been blessed to not have my price portions to be above what I felt was reasonable. All claims are received, quoted a price with repairer, and paid upon completion of work.
