Unfortunately nothing was covered and it cost me 1500.00 Car shield called me and explained why but the cost set me way back.

I wasn't sure how this was going to work because you don't know until you need it. My differential needed replacement in my Ford F150. I took it to a mechanic who works with CarShield. He and CarShield basically handled the whole process making it a great experience for me as my truck got repaired.

HORRIBLE. From the time we initiated the claim to payment our service was horrible. Our transmission in our 2015 Tahoe went out. THIS WAS WHY WE BOUGHT THE INSURANCE! It we teeth pulling to get you to approve, when we took it to a Certified Transmission place. You wanted to use USED PARTS, when that is not what I was paying for. Then you requested multiple quotes, when the quotes were sent multiple times with pictures. Multiple customer service reps handled our account and not one could explain why this was being handled so poorly. Not one returned a call when asked. I still had to pay $800 out of pocket. I'm asking myself why should I keep this insurance now! I have another vehicle insurance by you guys and I will be looking for other options due to this horrible experience
