I had requested a tow from Car Shield on January 2, the process was rather quick. My vehicle was towed & serviced by a recommendation Car Shield repair shop. 01/09/25 I had $1100.00 dollars of work done on my vehicle and you all cover nothing. I pay 89.00 dollars a month. 01/14/2025 had to have front end alignment due to the struts on my car last week that cost me $149.00 dollars. Not satisfied at all.

We purchased an extended warranty from Car Shield for our van after the 100,000 mile mark. After talking with the manufacturer we decided to go with their warranty program because they knew the car's history. When I called Car Shield to cancel the representative was courteous and helpful and handled the matter immediately. However, someone(s) have not gotten the message because I am still receiving texts that I am overdue to pay the monthly charge.

Lost my transmission in my truck! Got it towed home then to tranny shop then to ford dealership where the work was eventually completed 8 weeks start to finish everything paid for except my deductible 100! I was only allowed a rental for 14 days that's the part that sucked I think something should have been done to make sure I had a vehicle to get to and from work! PS I work out of town! Rentals are not paid for until diagnosis takes place and work begins so while my vehicle sat for weeks at the dealership 3/4 weeks until the work began I had no rental!

Helpful, my experience was making a prepayment due my debit card would expire once my mew card was issued. By prepayin a month ahead I cover the new card replacing the existing one.

My water pump went out on my truck at home, I had to get a wrecker to take it to the dealership. CarShield took care of my rental car for five days, all totaling $100, and yes I recommend CarShield

Nothing to report due to the fact that my vehicle never broke down, never had any reason to contact them. Made my final monthly payment and sold the vehicle three days later, requested a refund for that payment, still waiting for the answer, as a customer for several years.

Originally, everything was fine. It seems yuo changed some policy and I had to get a ride to go back the next day and sign another paper before you would release funds (which fall short of actual cost in our state) and hence be able to get my vehicle.
