I have auto withdrawal and new the money would not be in account. So I called carsheld and they waited a couple days. So I didn't get charged extra fees. That was very nice.

I called car shield because I had a fuel pump problem in my car and a covered most of it which made me very happy it would have cost me over $1,000 and they paid almost $600 of it so it only cost me around $400 so I thank you very much for helping me out and I always keep my car shield

Very slow process communication between repair shop and the agency. It took about a month to get the vehicle repaired.

I was on the phone with customer service to pay my bill and I asked a question about bundling my two accounts into one payment. I was in formed by a recent encounter that it was ok. When I asked if my payments would still by bundled she replied no. I asked why and she proceeded to tell me it wasn't going to happen in a very rude manner. I then asked to speak to someone else because she was being rude and she told me sorry that you feel that way. She then continued to explain my policy and again I asked could I please speak to someone else. She said "Let me Finish Talking". Again I asked please could I speak to someone else and asked who I was speaking to. She refused to tell me then hung up on me. I had to call back to confirm my payment was processed with another representative.

Took a couple of days but figured it out. Could never speak with same person twice so had to go over situation each call. To have the same agent for entire claim would be beneficial. Companies don't seem terribly enthused to use but eventually come around. Work got done. Direct payment to garage doing the work and with no hassle. Not perfect but more confusing than difficult. I'm completely happy!
