I had to call 3 times a day for 3 weeks to have anything done. People said they would call and I never received a call. I had to pay for my own rental the first week because the claims guy went on vacation without telling anyone and he didn't submit my claim. Then Carshield's did get me a rental once the other adjuster took over then he left town and it was passed to 3 other people after that still with no communication to me or to the shop. Now we have the car at another shop to get the job done properly and we have finally come to a decision after this claim person did do something. And now carshield isn't letting us have a car rental and the part is still a week from shipping. They have never called me and I always have to call everyday. Zero communication and claims people not getting to my claim for days at a time.

It was great years ago so I'm back had car shield in the late1990's and it came in handy as far as car maintenance go's.

On one hand I have a 2020 Ford F150 that needs your service.
On the other hand I have a 2024 Ford F150 that has bumper to bumper coverage.

The people made it very easy to understand how it works they let me know what was covered how much any deductibles would be and gave me peace of mind. After pricing new vehicles, seeing how expensive they were I thought this would be a good idea since I'm gonna be holding onto my vehicles that I have now. This seems like a good idea just for a little lecture assurance that if I do have any major problems, I would have some coverage for it. So I think it may be money. Well spent hopefully I won't ever need to use it but just the peace of mind, knowing that I would have some assistance was very comforting.

I called and explained what I was going to have done with my car and your rep said it was covered-when I got to the car place-the guy had to check for himself-he told me later the part wasn't covered and they said I never called Car Shield-I did call and don't like to be challenged
