Hold, which was okay for me, however she/him did not have a lot of information to give me because it was the beginning of my claim.
Therefore i communicated with Rainbow
Muffler.
After three days, Rainbow Muffler call me
And stated that I can pick up my jeep.

I was somewhat surprised to find out I had to get a service diagnosis from a "certified" or "Cooperating" Car Shield service shop. It seems to take a long time to get responses from the service company and a final approval from Car Shield. I have been told by Car Dealerships that Car Shield does not approve their service rates and Car Shield requires the dealership to accept their level of pricing or the request for service at that dealership will be turned down. After paying $87.00 a month for 10 years ($10,440.00) without a single claim, you would just approve the repair. Now that the car is getting older and needs certain repairs, I'm disappointed the process takes so long and is not always in favor of the Car Shield member.

It should have been completely paid. Subaru dealer told me they said something caused the problem that wasn't true. They only paid part. Disappointed

The repair took aver 2 weeks because Car Shield had to have so many reports, pictures, and Inspections. That was hard, but saved me about $6500, which was excellent.
