My vehicle has been at the shop since January 31st and it's now February 11th. Hopefully the adjuster will show up and get it moving to fix my vehicle. Also I was promised the vehicle for 7days and you only paid for two days. I was promised a refund for 4 days. Your updates with customer is horrible and why we can speak to upper management. The service this time with you was horrific

My car needed service on a day you were closed. I could not get the ok for the work to be done. I had the work done anyway, because I needed a car for traveling. The phone rep was professional and friendly. Unfortunately another possible claim was not covered. My sunroof opens but doesn't close and you would think that it's like another power wimdow but it's not covered. This is now about 4 to 6 items that have not been covered with carahield

My transmission failed in my 2018 Tahoe at 130,000 miles and the process to have it towed to the shop and have the part replaced was seamless. CarShield communicated throughout the entire process and I was really impressed. The representatives were pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the process and answered any and all questions.
