Well I've had a CarShield plan for a little while now now my car has broke down I received my plan book after it broke down. So as I read and find out that there are three maybe four plan options which I was never told. So now I'm in a position that the plan I've been paying for may not cover what is wrong normally I do my own work but I self diagnosed the issue and it's not listed so I tried to up the plan that it is and I was told I can't ever upgrade my plan so I might have to come out of pocket for the repair while paying for this plan which wud be worth it if it covered this issue which can happen to all makes and models..

I have a 2016 Ford F-150 covered by CarShield for several years. I have not had any problems until recently I heard a grinding noise from my drive train, so I took it to my Ford service shop. They discovered the differential was the problem. During their inspection, they also discovered my vacuum pump was leaking. Turns out I had two problems and didn't even know it. The dealer contacted CarShield and the process was all "hands off" for me. The items were covered and everything was worked out between my shop and CarShield. It was painless and thankfully for the coverage, saved me nearly $4000. I have no intention of giving up my truck and will continue to cover it with CarShield.
