My problem was compounded after a covered repair was performed, in that it created and/or exposed a 'consequential' and related issue associated with the repair; that was not covered. I don't understand why your company go to so much to find something in small print to deny a connected repair knowing that elderly customers don't normally or cannot, read small print.

Carshield tells us we can pick our own mechanic, but does not cover all their costs, I have had to pay more than my deductible due to low balling the mechanic... Carsheild did pay that part quickly though

The agent clearly explained the policy and worked hard at getting me the best rate possible. I just got the coverage and have not had any claims yet. I feel it is worth the money spent for the premium.
