FORGOT TO ADVISE OF ACCOUNT CHANGE

I WAS CALLED THAT THEY COULD NOT COLLECT PAYMENT. I MENTIONED THAT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER HAD BEEN CHANGED AND I WOULD CALL THEM LATER. EVERYTHING WAS CHANGED AND I WAS SATISFIED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR FRIENDLY SERVICE.

My problem was compounded after a covered repair was performed, in that it created and/or exposed a 'consequential' and related issue associated with the repair; that was not covered. I don't understand why your company go to so much to find something in small print to deny a connected repair knowing that elderly customers don't normally or cannot, read small print.

Qualified Mechanic

Carshield tells us we can pick our own mechanic, but does not cover all their costs, I have had to pay more than my deductible due to low balling the mechanic... Carsheild did pay that part quickly though
