Took 4 days for an inspection to be done, and then 3 days for the results of the inspection to be sent to Car Shield. I never got a call from anyone at car shield on what the results were. The only way I knew anything was to constantly call my repair shop. 7 Days total from notification that an inspection was needed to notification to the repair shop as to what was covered is way to long Communication extremely poor.

I have to say. Carshield is a good extended warranty to have. For one they do save you money and are very quick to get ur truck fix and back to you. There team are awsome. Very pleased with the members of Carshield. I have had to use them twice for my truck and they respond quickly. And time is important to me cause I use my truck for everything especially for my job. When I broke down, I called the number for roadside assistance. They had them to come and tow me but it would be approximately 45 minutes before they could get there. Upon arrival I was towed to the dealership and they ran a diagnostic test that indicated that it was an electrical fuel pump issue. Once the tear down was done and they came out to review the issue they authorized the repair the next day.

Truck has been in the shop for a week waiting on car shield to have the repairs authorized. Mechanic saw the issue and reported it, then they had to have another tech come to verify the issue. Took 3days for them to come. Still no rental car and still waiting for the repairs. Asked about a car on the first day. The last time had a rental when I dropped the truck off why not this time?

The first time I talked to them to sighn up I waited a few weeks to get a contract in the mail but it never came. I called them back and was told that it was send. Turnes out it was send to some other address I never heard off. So by now I finally received the contract. Good job :) No claims as I just got my contract.

I got car shield and motor locked up on my car. I followed every step they wanted. Then they want pay for my motor. They said problems was neglected. I only had my car for 2 months. They said would pay for timing chain but not motor. The timing chain broke and caused the motor to lock up but they say they r not responsible the motor. Well to me and others say if timing chain is cause then motor should be covered cause it was because of timing chain. They find a loop hole they want to use, so they r not a good company. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I was in Albany Ga. And my car just would not change gears. I called marshals and within an hour there was a tow truck there. Driver was nice and he towed my car to dealer where I purchased my car. By the time I finished my appointment, they called and said my car was ready. When I picked up my car, I paid for repairs and was back on the road in no time. I called Carsheid to get reimbursed and I was told that the dealer should have contacted them. And that I would not be reimbursed. The agent never asked the amount or repairs.

Then it begins again I can't remember his name but he was very helpful also got a tower and he came on time and the problem was solved I can said one thing they stick with me al the way. I got a text message saying that my payment was overdue when it wasn't overdue and then car shield took a payment out of my account when I didn't even have a payment due I barely had enough money in my account to make it to the rest of the month, and then it took him like 5 days to put the money back
