Car Shield is always there. Never leave you stranded and ready to fix whatever is going wrong. That's what I like about Car Shield. They always there when you need them.
So far, everything looks good - friendly, knowledgeable agent and a clear, extensive package. But I can't evaluate Car Shield until I need work done that is covered. Hopefully, that won't be necessary for a while. I am, however, pleased with the lifelong warranty, and a price that will never change. The monthly cost is well worth knowing I'm covered.

I called to describe my car's issue and to set up an appointment with an auto repair shop. Once receiving some personal information my account was identified and everything was set in motion. From the connection with Carshield and the shop I received all important information regarding the claim via, text message and email. Claim form was completed and submitted with the repairs I agreed to be completed & not completed based on price and what was financially feasible.
