We have been paying $89 a month for years, and our turn signals do not work, so we got an estimate for $300 and CARSHIELD would not pay it. They say it is not important or dangerous to drive without turn signal. Had we not been paying that money per month for years, we could afford to pay for the turn signals to be fixed. We cannot due to living on Social Security.

I was Supposed to call them at 7 AM this particular morning.They woke me up and called me now.How great is that? I got great customer service and they were concerned 💯

No experience yet. Haven't used it yet. What else do you want me to say? I haven't used your service yet. So how am I supposed to know to describe the experience? I haven't reached my mileage milestone yet. When I need it and I use your services. Then I'll let you know how it worked out.

I'm in the property and casualty insurance business. Homes, Auto, Mobile Homes, Commercial, Bonds, Boats, Motorcycle. Etc.

I took my car to a privately owned shop for an oil leak in March. The mechanic diagnosed the problem, filed a claim, and Car Shield approved it. The car was in the shop for three days because the mechanic had to wait for the parts.
Over $1,600 was paid to the shopkeeper and I paid my deductible.

Very nice Customer Service and very professional and great communication with the service station who repaired the vehicle.

I had an issue with oil and was able to take it to my favorite mechanic. It was fixed and paid for no questions asked!

I took the car to the dealership. They diagnosed the problem and contacted you for approval. After several delays on your part, your rep came and demanded that the dealership prove the car is otherwise drivable as one of the problems is not covered by you. I therefore authorized that repair at my expense and only then will you considering honoring your contract. We will see…..

I do not know where to start except with a small oil drip. Had taken my car to the Chevrolet dealership i purchased from in 2016. After My car sat for 1 week and they had not even looked at it, and no communication from them either and to top that off, no longer accepted Car Shield. To make a long story short, I picked my car up and took it to a nearby auto repair shop, Performance Auto Care (Fort Worth,TX). To my surprise they accepted Car Shield!
My leak was a major head gasket leak. Everything was covered in my Car Shield "Diamond plan".
My expense was my $100.00 deductible on as $2,100.00 auto repair! Car Shield gave authorization to start the engine service as soon as the mechanic at Performance Auto Care contacted them.
