I am very happy with my experience with Car Shield. The mechanic found something else, other than what I took it in for, that needed attention and Car Shield gave authorization right away. I had taken it in because my air conditioner had stopped working and the mechanic found a problem with my transmission too. I had wondered why my car was jerky when I picked up speed. I am quite satisfied with Car Shield and now I have a good working car. Thank you!

Had some issues at place were we took are vehicle they said they called called car shield they never did. But car shield called them.
I realize the timing was very close from when I canceled to when the next payment was due. However, I canceled the service prior to the payment being auto charged to my account. Most companies would have refunded the payment for a service not used. I will leave it alone as the service representative that helped me doesn't make that decision, but I do hope you change your philosophy soon.

I'm very disappointed in how Carshild my claim has been handled. It has been one week plus and my car has not been repaired. My seven day rental has inspired. I don't have a car to drive to go to work and I don't know what to do at this time, I'm disappointe.

I had a flat tire Saturday and went online to get it changed but no one called back. I then called CarShield and told them the situation and after several times being placed on hold they said they would send someone to change my tire. After about 45 minutes a tow truck pulled to tow my car away. All I needed was a tire change. I had to get help from somewhere else. I am wondering why I pay them for service and get nothing.

My car's air compressor decided it was time to die after 12 years of faithful service on a Thursday afternoon. I drove straight to the same shop I have been using for years, dropped the car off along with the Car Shield Contract paperwork and I was back on the road the next Monday afternoon. Everything went well and I could not be more pleased with the service.

I asked about using my non-profit tax exempt status on my purchase and could never speak to the supervisor who denied it...just got from the person on the phone "They said" you can't use it...that I should call the state local representatives!
