THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT TO DEAL WITH. FOR ONE THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS TO INFORM THE REPAIR SHOP TO CALL CAR SHIELD FIRST TO RECEIVE A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE REPAIR WORK IS COMPLETED. ONCE CONTACT WAS MADE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS (BOTH OF THEM) WERE RUDE AS HELL INFORMING US (THE REPAIR SHOP) THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO UPHOLD THEIR CONTRAT WITH THE CUSTOMER & THEY WOULD NOT BEING US. TOLD US TO JUST REMOVE THE NEW CAR PARTS, PUT THE OLD ONES BACK, & THEY WOULD SEND OUT A THIRD PARTY TO VERIFY PART IS DEFECTIVE & THEN HAVE US REDO THE WORK. THIS COMANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE & A WASTE OF THEIR CUSTOMER TIME & OURS (THE REPAIR SHOP). WE WILL NOT BE SERVICING ANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS FROM THIS POINT ON & INFORMING OUR CUSTOMERS TO NOT UTILIZE YOUR SO CALLED "SERVICES"...! 0 RATING FROM US!

Submitted claim, claim received, being processed… then we need service records, records submitted, notified records received via phone call and email, then recant, we didn't get the service records via email, service records resubmitted, notified service records received via email, then phone call informing me the service records have been requested multiple times without compliance, claim is inactive until compliance, assured agent records were submitted 3 times, agent says "let me check"… we'll we don't have records from your repair shop for Oct.'23 or Jan. '24. Repair Shop owner calls and I call again with no resolve to this day🤨

I talk to a representative every month because my payments were set up to be on the 3rd and the 10th. I tell them not to do the 10th as the money won't be there. We set up a plan.

It was a problem and I should have known to not by something without seeing the contract first.
A lot of language in the contract that I did not agree with, that is why I canceled.

My Warranty with car shield covered my transmission! I also had 22 days of car rental expenses covered. My only wish is that they could have given me 30 days car rental but the most important part is car shield got me through the most difficult time in my life with my Car. You can't use your AC without Freon, but yet I had to pay out of pocket for the Freon. Of course I don't mind the service fee, but I think it's unfair. I going to check to see if any other providers have this same policy; so besides the service fee and monthly fee I still had to pay more 😞
