I wanted to replace my father's casket flag that I was flying because it was being weathered and fraying. I purchased a 5X8 foot all weather American flag and am currently flying it on my flag pole, which is really a mast off a Catamaran. The flag looks so beautiful flapping in the wind. I could not be more happier with the quality of the flag and the service your company provided. Thank you.

They had exactly what I needed and it was quick and easy to order. I got exactly what I ordered in just a few days.
I ordered the flag I wanted on Sunday and wanted priority shipping due to a funeral on Wednesday. I checked the website Mon and again on Tue when I noticed delivery wasn't going to be until Wednesday I called. The rep only offered to remove the cost if the shipping.
I still needed a flag. She didn't offer to overnight one after I explained the circumstances. The only thing she said is that if the priority shipping is chosen on the website when the order is processed it defaults to normal shipping.
Easy Peezy! New flags flying proudly. I try to replace my flags at least once a year. We are know as the house with the flags and proud of it. I shop for price and quality. You guys have both.

We have used flags from carrot-top previously. I noticed that they were worn and needed to be replaced (2 years in high wind area) so I went online and ordered them. They were shipped the same day and arrived in two days and are flying high and look beautiful. Excellent product - excellent service - excellent quality - fast shipping - the one company that I will continue to look to for all of our flag needs.
