It was my first time ordering from your company. I would have to say it was an easy online ordering experience and the arrival time was reasonable. On the other hand the company i work for has ordered from your company previously and really liked your flags. They happened to order your American Flag every time and they love the fact that you offer a 6 month warranty on it! The material that the flag is made of is very durable. I do believe they will be ordering from your company again when a new flag is needed.

Always order our school flags from Carrot Top. They have always been very durable.
The quality of my double sided flag was horrible! I haven't sewn anything since I was 10 and I could have sewn it together better. Material is bunched, seams are uneven, corners pop up, the two sides weren't flush when sewn so each side looks different. The flag, meant to be a display flag, can't even lay flat. I chose this company because of all the reviews about great quality and craftsmanship... but my flag was neither. Could have paid half the price for what I got. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it's kind of embarrassing to give it it's so bad. The only positive was that it arrived quickly.
