I ordered 3 pimento pepper plants and almost 3 months and 5 emails to them I still dont have them. Contacted my credit card company and was told that they responded that they shipped items yet provided no shipping invoice or tracking number. Please save yourself the hassle. If I could give them no stars I would.
I ordered one time before this one and they seem very sluggish in delivering, I had to write an email because my ordered was frozen in time in between their company and a carrier for weeks waiting for a label according to them but I got my seeds after a while and I decided to give them another chance, this time I ordered two different seeds but the order arrived incomplete, even the check list in the package said it was there but no, it wasn't, I immediately sent them an email but not a word, so I went to their site and went into their chat and nothing again, I even left the chat open for a couple of hours but nothing, I went back to emailing them but still not a word. These people get their money and then forget about their clients, apparently they don't care for their business, I'm starting to believe they are another corrupt company.
Like to know if they have location in nyc, us. I would love to be able to shop fresh vegetables such as purple sweet potatoes. If any know can you tell me where to find fresh Purple sweet potatoes please. Thanks. Ps i am a potential new customer
My plants were thin and took a while to get going. Taste is perfect and abundant peppers but late bearing because plants were weak. Taste is on point, will reorder. Highly recommend if plants are strong and ready to grow.
I needed a particular variety of dahlia to grow for my daughter's wedding. My research led me to Carribeangardenseed, but was not familiar with the company, and a little worried about the quality of the tubers. Everything arrived quickly, and in excellent condition.
I haven't received the seed yet. I have nothing to say because I have not received the product as of yet. I will fill this out when the product arrives.
The seeds are healthy and ready for late winter.

These are top quality seeds! I ordered a pack of pumpkin seeds. I soaked in water for about two hours and put them directly into the soil. Every single seed germinated and I have healthy pumpkin vines growing really well. Looking forward to trying some more seeds! Thank you!
I've bought three gallon starts four times the size for half the price. The is no size description in the add the don't give the free shipping. There's was no response from customer service. One bad experience would be zero star s but start is alive.
Please file a report with a law enforcement agency or government organization if you live in The U.S.A.
Do not buy seed if you live out U.S. A even if you use PayPal.

I ordered a specific ornamental pepper. The germination rate was 3%, right alongside a 70% germination rate with the same seed from Park Seed. The one plant that grew has peppers that are not the advertised variety and are ugly. Asked for a refund, but there was no reply whatsoever. Do not buy from this company.
This was a very easy to navigate website, found my desired plant to order. Delivery was very quick and the bulbs look to be in excellent condition. Shipping is rather pricey but if these bulbs bloom, it will be worth it.
I tried to order two types of seeds this spring, 2021, and I bought 100 of one type (only 71 were in the package) and the other seeds were on BACK ORDER. This means that they are buying from someone else, and they are not the actual producer of the seeds. Plus, the seeds they do have, they short you on the amount of product they sell you. I expected much more than this, and don't see how a company like this can stay in business. It took over 3 weeks to get the delivery too. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I don't recommend them, and the product did not look like what was on-line at all either.
I ordered Gliyz flower seeds. Not one germinated. They will not guaranty their seeds. I plant over a thousand seeds. I'm experienced Gardner. They said they test their seeds before sending them out. I have never experienced such disrespectful customer service agent. I have called now several times and not they blocked my calls. They are nothing but crooks!
Like many other customers, I got scammed by this company. Paid for my seeds and shipping fee and I never received my item. I placed my order July 5th, and still got nothing. I tried several attempts in reaching out but no response on their end. STAY AWAY!
I ordered sweet potatoes at the end of April. I got an order confirmation and I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing so I sent an email asking when it would arrive, etc. I again heard nothing and waited 3 more weeks and sent another email asking for money back... nothing. I am not convinced this is not a complete scam site at this point. Looks like based on reviews there are a few of us that had a similar experience.
I order some asparagus starts the tracking was almost here and then the virus hit and it was going to be delayed but never came. Order on May 19 2020

Very greatful for the offer to grow a few pepper plants from Caribbean Garden Seed. My true Jamaican Scotch Bonnet, Habanada, and Japanese Shinto, are doing great! I have another special seed to plant that I need more space. Greatful. Thank you!

We ordered 10 summer squash seeds for $2.94 and the shippiing was more than the cost of the seeds. We did receive 12 seeds. We are experienced gardeners. Only TWO of the TWELVE seeds even sprouted. There is no email or phone number on the website to contact them. We would NOT order from them again.
