I am really struggling with this site

I am really struggling with this site. I have paid for the premium subscription, haven't yet identified a provider, but whenever I try to circle back to see if any of the providers I have messaged have returned my message, the site routes me to the CareHome to try to make me pay more to set up payment and taxes for an employee. I try to skip that and it won't let me. The app just rolls and rolls. It's extremely frustrating and I wish I had not joined!

Hard to navigate, 2 different sections for searches makes it confusing, I cant find my favorites easily and when i like someone I cant always get to their full site, from "me" you should be able to easily access your favorites and you should get suggestions on caregivers right away

Absolutely agree to pay Care.com a commission but did not want a membership. Membership costs are extremely misleading, first I'm charged a membership then am confronted with additional charges just to read responses to my post. Not off to a good start by any means!
