Very misleading that it's a pay service. And I just accidentally paid for a year, when it implied it was a monthly payment. The website functionality comes across scammy and hurts your brand. I will warn people about using your site.

After I applied for the suggested membership, the website advanced to the next page which was very confusing. At this point I did not know if it was asking for additional membership services or if I needed to add to what I had already signed up for...some kind of background checks for $20 a month. I am confused. My membership level was the 24.98 every three months. Help. I am confused.

They kept my money from babysitting

I babysat and was paid through the care.com app except they kept the money and will not respond or help fix the problem. I cannot afford to work for free! It's $144, not a small amount. I have tried repeatedly to reach out to them. Beyond frustrating and now I am forced to tell future people the truth and request to be paid cash or by venmo. Do not get paid through the app, they keep the money! I believe this practice is illegal or at least highly unprofessional. I wish someone else had publicized these issues.
